Russian Decision - start to Secularize
The description must be incorrect. It says for 10 years you will have bad things, but it does not explain what you get in return for this.., except your stability will now be -5%. That cannot be the case.., can anyone explain (with math) what this does? Thank you

It will switch your religion, which in the case of Russia's Orthodoxy, to Secular. It currently has no effect in the game, so it's not really a bother.
