French Puppets
The problem I have encountered while playing this mod is giving war goals to puppets. Since they cant declare war because they are puppets. It makes these war goals useless. A solution to this, is giving the war goals to france/puppet owner and if someone wants the french puppet/ other puppet to have the land then just give it to them during the peace conference.

This is a known problem, something that will be fixed in the next update. It will be a war goal given to France directly, and if the french AI will take the land and not give it to its puppet an event will fire to give it to them, as intended.
