Healing Stream
Heal an ally within a 10-tile distance. No cooldown and does not end your turn.

• Note that distances are calculated as a straight vector between units.
  
• Healing Stream restores 4 HP, which increases by +1 for every subsequent GREMLIN tech level.
  
• Healing Stream can be used on yourself.

Damage Buff
Allow an ally within a 10-tile distance to deal increased damage for the rest of the turn. No cooldown.

• Note that distances are calculated as a straight vector between units.
  
• Damage Buff gives a +1 damage bonus, which increases by +1 for every subsequent GREMLIN tech level.
  
• Almost all attacks benefit from Damage Buff, the notable exception being grenades.
  
• Damage Buff can be used on yourself, though doing so is a waste without proper planning.
• This ability ends your turn unless otherwise stated.

Valkyrie
While active, Damage Buff no longer ends your turn and you gain a bonus action.

• Valkyrie itself does not cost an action to activate, but is considered an offensive ability and will break concealment when used.
  
• This ability has a 5-turn cooldown unless otherwise stated.

Guardian Angel
Gain +6 movement for the rest of the turn. 1-turn cooldown.

• Guardian Angel improves the valkyrie's ability to reposition during combat, either to tend to an ally or retreat to safety.
  
• This ability does not cost an action to activate.

Protect Me
You and your allies receive +15 aim against the first enemy to attack you last turn.

• Protect Me will trigger even if the enemy's attack missed.

Odin's Shield
Gain +25 defense while Valkyrie is active.

• Odin's Shield allows the valkyrie to stay in partial cover with relative safety, which opens up new options for positioning.

Resurrect
Revive and heal an adjacent ally who is unconscious or bleeding out.

• If the ally is bleeding out, stabilizing first is not necessary to Resurrect them.
  
• Resurrect restores +8 HP by default.
  
• This ability ends your turn and has 1 charge per mission unless otherwise stated.

Swift Response
Fire your primary weapon at a target for no action cost. 3-turn cooldown.

• Given enough training, our valkyries should be able to take full advantage of the lightweight nature of their weapons, squeezing in a few extra shots in the field.

Sleipnir
Activating Valkyrie now grants you 2 bonus actions instead of 1.

• Sleipnir is especially useful as XCOM's squad size increases.

Anesthetic
Give an ally shields for 2 turns. Healing Stream is also more effective on this ally.

• Anesthetic grants +5 shields and a +1 bonus to Healing Stream.
  
• Unlike the valkyrie's standard abilities, Anesthetic has no range limit, making it useful when an ally needs to hold out before the valkyrie can get to them.
  
• This ability does not end your turn and has a 4-turn cooldown.

Go Get 'Em
Damage buffing an ally also removes any negative mental effects they are suffering from (except unconsciousness).

• With this ability, allies can recover from being disabled and deliver a decisive counterattack almost immediately.

Odin's Blessing
Activating Valkyrie also heals you and increases your weapon damage.

• The valkyrie regains +6 HP and does +3 damage for as long as Valkyrie is active.
  
• The damage boost is considered to be the same effect as Damage Buff's, meaning you cannot stack one on top of the other.
  
• Odin's Blessing also removes physical ailments like fire and acid.

Self-Treatment
If wounded, regenerate 3 HP each turn. Also gain immunity to fire, acid, and poison.

• HP is automatically regained at the start of the player's turn.

Surprising Amounts
Your primary weapon does +2 damage and has +10 aim.

• Surprising Amounts allows the valkyrie to be more on par with other squad members in terms of damage capabilities.

Ride of the Valkyries
While Valkyrie is active, Healing Stream’s and Damage Buff’s bonuses are increased by +1.

• Used correctly, the 1-point difference can significantly increase the squad's efficiency with their actions.

I'm With You
Squad members are guaranteed to bleed out upon taking fatal damage.

• This effect is lost if the valkyrie takes fatal damage.
  
• I'm With You cannot stack; if the player decides to deploy multiple valkyries with the ability, its effects will be linked to only one of them.

Incision
A variant of Damage Buff that gives allies +33% crit chance and +4 armor piercing instead of raw damage.

• Like Damage Buff, Incision has no cooldown, ends your turn, and requires allies to be within a 10-tile distance.
  
• The valkyrie can use Incision on themselves and its effects also stack on top of Damage Buff, though proper planning is needed for these scenarios.
  
• Incision does not benefit from Valkyrie or any other abilities that affect Damage Buff.

Valhalla
Valkyrie and its effects now lasts 2 turns instead of 1.

• Valhalla also extends the duration of the bonuses that can be unlocked for Valkyrie. For instance, Sleipnir with Valhalla results in the valkyrie having 4 actions per turn for 2 turns.

Heroes Never Die
Resurrect now restores 100% HP and has an extra charge.

• By combining Resurrect, I’m With You, and Heroes Never Die, a valkyrie can practically guarantee the survival of several squad members during missions.

Uninhibited
Damage Buff now applies to grenades.

• Affected grenade types are the same as those of Volatile Mixture.

Ragnarok
Valkyrie now has a 4-turn cooldown instead of 5

• Coupled with Valhalla, this means Valkyrie can theoretically be active for half the time during a mission.

Sustaining Suit
Identical to the Sustain ability seen with Psi Operatives. Costs 100 supplies and 2 Advent Priest corpses.

Valkyries can also learn several classic XCOM abilities, randomized and drawn from the following list:
