I get this during any long battles, I have now fallen in the habbit of after about 5 minutes of battle I find a place where there are no enemies then retreat from battle, You only lose a bit of morale for this, then just re-enter the battle, this was the only way I found to keep the game from crashing during long battles.

For me this usually happen when entering city or explorable area. but i can reduce the crash frequency by reducing all the graphic setting and enabling auto-exposure

Almost succeded in taking tumbleton, but then the error happened again! RIP sir gregor the hedgehog. you were truly riddled with arrows yet almost had victory in your grasp. Damn does this need a fix.

Did anyone here ever find a fix for this? I love this mod but this is ruining it. I've tried to take Lannisport like 10 times and this happens every time.

Ok so here's what I've figured out in the past week or so, it seems like the moddb version seems way more stable after you apply the setting I give you.

-launch game go to configure

-video tab

-check; use pixel shaders, load textures on demand(my slider under that is set to 100)

-change to directX7

-go to advanced tab

-force single threading

-then make sure graphics settings are set to medium or low

-in game, for this mod, set the battle number to 100 in both the options menu when you hit Esc AND in the mod options in game via the camp tab bottom left.

I just switched back to the steam workshop version yesterday and started a new game and still getting a bug here and there that causes me to alt+f4 and relaunch the game to continue. The moddb version for whatever reason seems way more stable.

For those who don't know or aren't familiar with installing mods this way, go to google search "ACOK mod" and go to the page and download it.

Then once it's downloaded unpack it and open to the folder that is the name of the mod.

Go to program files, steam, steam apps, mount and blade warband, modules and cut and paste the mod folder in there.

I hope this helps! :cozybethesda:
