I've been having some problems with cattle- no villages seem to have any. First I had a quest from a village to get some cattle, went to 12 nearby villages and not a single head of cattle was available.

Then, weeks later, my Marshall contacts me and demands 6 heads of cattle. Again, none of the nearby 10ish towns I checked had them... so I decided to cheat and teleport around.

No village I found had more than 1 cattle, and all of these villages are absurdly far away from my Marshall.

Is this intentional? I understand that this time period during the War of Five Kings is a time of near-famine, but it seems absurd that not a SINGLE town in all of the Westerlands has a single cattle for sale.
