OK .. This is the one with the Vanilla Bug ... did you find the read me just to the right of it??
Also .. On top of the second full columns going North - the one on the right there is a read me .. which is one of the better healing recipes in game. Just a thought you might have missed.

PS: That is the bad thing about this game or good .. trying to climb to all the high places to find things, but I'm an explorer .. as in Skyrim .. ** Leave No leaf unturned **

Yup, they're all on the interactive maps online too

Noticed this one isn't included, in fact I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else either... I've also found the spawning pools one in the past, but I cannot find it now, but my game has a few things not showing up at the moment, trying to figure out why... cannot complete 'explore exiled lands' step and wondering if this isn't also connected to the now-invisible, once-visible altar at chaosmouth and such. Anyhow, here is location for the stone near hidden way:

I walked multiple times through the lands and even used a teleport macro and still don't get the exiled lands step. I think it is bugged as the mummy is the ring doesn't spawn for me either.

At least the giant king step works with this mod and I did not talk to the thingy besides the non-working obelisk.

This mod fixes the journey steps:
ch 8-7 Discover all the Lemurian Lorestones
ch 9-10 Discover all the Giant-king obelisks

It does not change anything for the fully explore the exiled lands ch10 - 6 step. I will probably look into it when I get time as I have been slowly doing a full explore myself, but it's not likely to be soon.

There is a mod that sounds like it will do a full map marker reveal, I haven't tested it myself though.
