Ran into this which is causing a problem in my colony! I have an ideology where Execution is "Horrible If Innocent," and I've recently gotten my T4 Android production line running well. I built 4 Blank T4 Neural Network androids, and downloaded a consciousness from my sky core to each of them. However, I realized later each time after downloading, my colonists treated each Blank T4 as a "prisoner," and that they "died" when the download completed. As a result, all my non-android colonists now have -14 to their Needs because of 4x "Innocent Prisoner Died."

Is this intended, and I just need to reform my religion to not care?
