Is there a dwarven king nation?
Are there any Dwarven kingdoms or a nation your intended to play to unite all the holds?

Closest I can think of is the blue guy's company. he's supposed to take over the ancestral capital

Not Really, apart from doing it yourself. In reality serpentspine is so large that it is really difficult to try to retake all of the Holds needed to restore Aul-Dwarov, so nobody really tries for it.

By coincidence there is currently a brief on rdt ranking the feasability of different holds to do just that.

That ranking is kinda bs, ngl. The ramsteel dwarves are F, wtf?

And from how the game is designed, i would definitely rate an adventurer start over Arg-Ordstun any time. Giving it S is absurd

Yeah, Amldihr is the old capital of the Aul Dwavor but in the mod, i don't believe they have a mission tree. And even if they did the Kromium dwarves were the reason in lore the Aul Dwavor Fell because they caused a civil war by inviting the Ruby dwarfs into the Aul Dwavor which pissed off the Dwaveres of the Serpenttrench Ex: Arg-Orgstun, Garnet Dwarfs, and the Magma/volcanic dwarfs, and the marble dwarfs. which left the Aul Dwavor severly weakened and fragmented so when the Precusor Elves came and created the Orks the Dwarves were completely overwhelmed by sheer numbers and only survived because the Precusor Elf Leader Dunecnal got recalled

Uniting Aul-Dwarov is easy. The reason people don't do it is because it has no content.
The diamond dwarves get good claims and have a tree for taking over. It isn't that hard or impossible to do if you know the events for the dwarven countries. It just takes time and when you complete it that is the end. It would be somewhat interesting if you rebuild that you have trees to strike out to the outside holds and vassalize the outside world.

Though even just holding one region of the serpentspine gives you a huge amount of power in and of itself. They could condense it to allow integrating other holds faster or with a mission since conquering everything is tedious and many of the trees have forced vassalization already built in for the other holds.
