aka just custom nation but with dwaovar advatureuer culture, gouverment and religion

I play as one of the ruby dwarf companies in the Dwarovar. the one that spawns under Railskulker. Then go east as fast as you can, killing off any orc/goblins and subjugate Verkal Gulan and the blue one near them and continue going east. Eventually settling in the Eastern part of the Dwarovar. Build up your nation from there and eventually attack the Command. I got enough land in 3/ 4 wars to become Verkal Dromak. Don't become any other nation because you wont be able to become Verkal Dromak anymore if you do

I think there's a Dwarven adventurer nation who spawns nearby in like 1470? If I remember correctly you can play as them if you start as Rubyhold.

Rubyhold spawns two different adventurer companies, in 1450 and 1480-1500 roughly. The first spawns near Verkal Gulan, and the second one spawns near Ovdal Kanzad. I've done a campaign as the second one, Company of the Grudgebearers, and its not that difficult. Settle in Hul-az-Krakazol, and you'll get an event to get a free alliance with Rajnaghad (iirc), and if they invite you in to a coalition war, say yes. Apart from that, colonize asap to block off the goblin slavestates from colonizing the Tree of Stone, and take as much of the rest of the Dwarovar as you can, trying to cut the Command down to size as often as you can.

Its difficult but possible; you'll need to fight at least 4 or 5 wars against the Command, and sometimes you'll need to just attack them when they're busy, try to siege as much of the tunnels as you can and take what you can before they crush you.

there is the nuclear option of spawning from ruby hold as an adventurer and jacking your army so hard to the moon that playing a war against the command and the slave states is possible but it's hard, really ♥♥♥♥♥ hard, but doable took me some tries but the reall ♥♥♥♥ is doing it and not ending up perma ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from the ♥♥♥♥ still to come when you become verkal dromak. All in all it is a ride (I did this in a 1v1 war againt the command but if you take some time or manage to get an ally that might work out better, I speedran getting to the command cus I was scared they would grow too strong but if you got an ally it could be a net profit if you are willing to sacrafice 10 or so years to find/get an ally. keep in mind my first war started by 1490 or so)
