How do I install this

Can someone tell me how to install this?

I subscribed to the mod and my normal EU still loads. What version does my game have to be on?

I'd like to know this too, no matter what my launcher says its outdated. I've deleted the ugc, deleted the launcher cache file, reinstalled eu4, resubscribed the mod, it crashes to desktop every time I try to launch it.

You have to go into steam and revert back to 1.32
