Are battlemages actually a thing?
I got the estate privilege for the Mage estate, Battlemage Academies or some such thing, and it claims that this privilege can cause war wizard generals (which are broken OP) to spawn. Is it actually possible? I rolled like 25 generals and got 0 wizards. Is it a special 5-year pulse event or something? The Mage estate was floating at 60-ish influence, so it was not low.

Once you grant battlemage academies its a 100 year MTTH event to get the war wizard that gets modified by 0.9x for every 20 influence of the mages estate & by 2.0x if they're disloyal. So if you've got mages loyal and at 100 influence MTTH is 59 years & where you're at with 60 MTTH is 73 years
