Ship Supply Range Issue.
Playing as Damescrown and my ships have around 3000/150 suppy range and always take attrition when i'm away from my coastline.

The supply range shortage decreases as i go near Bulwar Proper Region, but it's still about 2000.

I've conquered another Coastal Province and now I no longer have the issue.

I started a brief game as Venail to check some things and it looked like every sea province except for the one by the capital was out of my naval supply range.

This is a vanilla bug that we can't really do anything about, just save and reload and it'll fix itself.
