It was definally different then what I am used to in standard EU4. The multiple culutres and religions definally took some planning to get passed. Insitutions were the biggest problem I had. Moving my capital to Gemisle and joining the empire seemed like a good option.

I would recomend that Gemisle be connected to gulf of stone, to make things more interesting.

Populating the dreadmire south of Corvuria with a Orc tribe or two would also spice up the area.

Gnollakaz and kheterata should share a border, maybe start with an alliance betweeb Gnollakaz and Brrtekuh.

Oubbligschild Clan should have control of Ciernhibin and Stargozdu. Possibly change the culture and religion of Bielovcimestin to match Crathanors to justifly the starting claim. Changing the goblin capital to Marwar in the process.

Crathanor sounds Eleven, but I gather its supposed to be a colony of Busliar. Busilar could be imrpoved by having Crathanor as a Vassal, gives room for expansion outside of the Empire. It could just as easily be an Elven kingdom in decline.
