A suggestion for Aelnar's mission tree
First of all: Loving the mod! You have done a great job with this and I'm looking forward to many games played with this mod.

Having said that, I ran into an unfortunate situation as Aelnar and would like to make a suggestion on how to prevent/fix this.

I formed Aelnar quite late, as I wanted my many colonies to colonize on their own, as well as using their armies to do a lot of conquering on my behalf, before integrating them. The result was a huge empire of Aelnar, right when I first formed it.

The problem arose from the fact that I had a very large colony in Hafnar? (not sure if the name is correct, I'm not at my home PC right now. It is the colonial region in the far South-West of the Northern most colonial continent.) Then I had the option through a mission to form a warrior society vassal, which instantly gave them all the lands in Hafnar. This resulted in a massive vassal, so large, that it had a couple of hundred % liberty desire solely from their total development. I cheated, placating their ruler for the max -100%. I tag switched and had them take out massive loans, which I then repaid for them as Aelnar, but it was not enough to offset their massive liberty desire.

I basically created a vassal that was too large for me to control. Which made me wonder: Why does the event give them all the lands you own in Hafnar? It makes more sense to me, if they would just be given land on the one island, maybe both islands, but not all the land in Hafnar.

Anyway, I hope you'll take this into consideration.

My response is a bit late but hopefully it's still helpful. The region you're talking about is Haraf. The military order was bugged. It was a special subject type which was supposed to have greatly reduced liberty desire from development, but instead it had greatly increased liberty desire from development. That's why you had to cheat to get it to work. It's been fixed by now and that fix should be in the new update a few days ago.
