So it seems like there is a random chance that a given trait on a ruler will give them magical ability, that makes sense to me. With this in mind, is there any extra weight/way to get a ruler like this in a magocracy? With how old everyone is, it seems weighted against getting real mages, and I've never actually managed to get one. The only one I saw was picking the mage option for an adventurer. Am I just picking the wrong option for the successors?
