Broken mod, hands on "Initializing maplogic"

Hi this mod looks really cool, but it also doesn't work as it hangs on "Initializing maplogic" during game load.

Curious what work around everyone else is using as its clear it runs for some people.

Update; I had a look though errors.log, this is caused by invalid pixels in provinces.bmp fixing those and patching the mod's zip seems to have fixed this issue.
