Is there a way to make it so that certain items like weapons/vehicles spawn WITH other items, like attachments, mags, or stuff in the trunk?

Need help (Few questions)

Hey guys,
I´ve feq questions.
1. How can I change the map? I want to play namalsk or chernarus winter.
2. How can I change the movement speed from zombies
3. How can I disable special zombies?

Aaand is it normal that I found often full military trucks with many rockets? xD
