I did rough tests and ended up deciding to use gigantspinosaurus as my berry gatherer atm, there are probably better choices but they're pretty quick and gather far more than I need. Plus I love using that wide tail swing to just mow down whole patches of plants lol.
Edit: I forgot, plateosaurus! They gather more narcoberries than other berries and turn them into narcotic in their inventory
Utility tames so I took a crack at it.
Camarasaurus: Stone(No reduction, worse then Doed) Also unfortunately regularly has the dismount infinite falling glitch(Honestly if it weren't for this they'd be a swell Doed alternative)

C Bite attack Harvests: Meat/Berries/Fiber/Honey from Hives

Australovenator: 8x gather rate for Organic Poly, Organic Poly weights nothing in inventory, Organic Poly preservation multiplier of around 1000
Sauropelta: Left Click: Harvests Berries
Reduces Weight of Stone/Wood(Maybe more)

Right Click: Mines Rocks and Structures in Ruined City, also Element Veins
(Extinction Only/Needs Element to tame)
Red Panda: "Cuddle Buddy" Buff(Heals 3.2 Units of health per second)
Buff lowers aggression/startle to and from creatures. Needed in Pentaceratops and Deinocheirus taming.
Pentaceratops: Deals 4x damage to all corrupted
(Only on Extinction, Requires Apex Egg Kibble to tame alongside Red Panda)
Binturong: Drains Passive/Knocked out creatures food when in range(Popcorn Scent buff)
Balaur: Left Click: Harvest Fiber
