Creature Info
#1. Carcharodontosaurus (Includes Aberrant)
-Habitat: Grassland, Mountains, Scorched Mountains, Badlands, Element Chamber (Aberrant!), Wastelands Hard, Desert Biodome Mountains
-Tameable: KO Tame
The Carcharodontosaurus is one of the island's Apex predators, and is one of the arch rivals of Tyrannosaurus, and is known for attacking them and other large predators on sight. Though just another predator on the Island and Aberration, they are undoubtedly the apex predators of Scorched Earth and other desert environments, taking over as alpha predators in the lack of abundant tyrannosaurs. With its adaptability, versatility, and immunity, carcharodontosaurus is a preference to many over tyrannosaurus.
-Immune to bleeding, sandstorms, and radiation
-Has an Aberrant form
-Attacks even other large carnivores in the wild
-Carcharodontosaurus has a build-up mechanic with its main bite on any live successful targets, indicated by a bar on the top right. Once full, gains a buff that allows a new attack to be used. Meter decays by 5 every 10 seconds if you have not bitten a target recently.
-Left Click: Bite (Pierces armor of targets, like manta and theri, but less to the same extent). Inflicts a buff called Rend, which stacks up to 7 times. With each stack of Rend, target defense decreased by 5%, maxing at -35% defense. Cannot work on warden or overseer-level bosses.
-Right click: stun roar
-C: Hiss
-X: Aesthetic roar
-Left control: Cleaving Bite. A powerful bite that can only be used once you have built up your meter and obtained your readiness buff. Costs 100 stam and cannot be used with insufficient stam. Cleave fully pierces armor with the same effectiveness of manta and theri. Rather than inflicting Rend, this inflicts a new debuff called Cleave, which decreases enemy defense by -40%, and STACKS with the other Rend stacks, leaving the total defense lowered of the target by -75%. Cleave lasts 60 seconds, and a use of Cleaving Bite- whether you hit or not- fully clears your stacked meter.

#2. Camarasaurus
-Habitat: Grassland, Jungle, Green Desert, Fertile Chamber, Redwoods, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: KO Tame
Camarasaurus is one of the smaller sauropods on the arks. For a sauropod, the Camarasaurus is a remarkably fast creature (disregarding the comical Diplodocus). It is a highly versatile creature that can even be ridden without a form of saddle, adding to it's availability and favor for early survivors. It is a solid choice for any survivor. Camarasaurus is also known for it's vocalization, the sounds of which are incredibly soothing to hear.
-Immune to radiation
-can be ridden without it's implant (saddle)
-Excellent runner for what it is.
-Left click footstomp. Cannot be used while moving, destroys up to stone structures. Capable of gathering stone as well.
-right click back kick. Kicks its foot out behind it. Deals decent knockback, cannot be used while moving. Gathers berries.
-C key vocalize. Can be used while moving, for aesthetics.

#3. Shantungosaurus
-Habitat: Grassland, Green Desert, Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: KO Tame
Shantungosaurus....is a pain, a dinosaur many survivors would rather not exist. It's the only herbivore so aggressive it will attack survivors and carnivores on sight at a distance. As a matter of fact, its aggression is so immense and profound, not also does it beat out that of Therizinosaurus; but survivors have used quite vulgar names for this dinosaur in regards to its aggression levels. Furthermore, normally peaceful herbivores seem to follow Shantungosaurus's instruction, becoming violent and rushing into battle alongside Shantungosaurus the second it begins an attack. This leaves Shantungosaurus a dinosaur few people enjoy encountering. If tamed, however, Shantung is an extremely powerful and worthwhile mount. It is an excellent traveling creature with its versatility, and is considerably strong for an herbivore. Furthermore while it has an absolute hatred for carnivores and humans when wild, shantung does an unsettlingly sharp 180 in temperament when tamed. It is so supportive of certain allies, its presence alone strengthens them to fight even harder!
-Has a fairly high aggression radius, similar to large carnivores
-Upon becoming aggressive, most types of herbivores nearby will rush to shantung's aid to attack.
-immune to radiation
-Slower on four legs, but stamina regenerates and is infinite
-tamed Shantung have a buff that increases by 30% the damage and resistance of: Yutyrannus, Rex, Allosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Camarasaurus, Brontosaurus, Paraceratherium, and Therizinosaurus that are near them- both tamed and wild.
-Faster on back legs (especially running), stamina drains somewhat quickly, turns are MUCH sharper
-Gets a rivalry buff when near apex predators
-takes slightly reduced damage
-left click bite. Automatically puts itself onto its back legs in the process of attacking. Harvests berries.
-Right click stance shift.
-c key vocalize
-X key stomp. Cannot be done while moving, but has heavy damage and knockback, but a cooldown. cannot be done with insufficient stamina. Re-toggles rivalry buff.

#4. Ichthyovenator
-Habitat: Fertile Chamber, Bioluminecent region, Beaches, Inland water, swamp, scorched water, oasis.
-Tameable: KO tame
Ichthyovenator is a strange spinosaur, both in appearance and niche. It shares many of the same habitats as Baryonyx, but rather than directly compete with the larger spinosaurus, Baryonyx seem to share a mutual respect with this creature. Not also does it look similar to baryonyx and behave similarly, it can be considered Baryonyx's apex. While slower on land than Baryonyx and harder to tame, Ichthyovenator is much stronger and is a far more competent swimmer and is far more suited for aquatic life and movement. Furthermore the creature is so adapted to hunting fish, it's sheer presence alone in an area causes all fish to become terrified of it! Due to this, while simply a “more tanky baryonyx” on land, in aquatic combat, Ichthyovenator excels as an aquatic fighter!
-Immune to radiation, being stunned, and electrocution
-Like Baryonyx, deals additional damage to amphibians and water dwellers. While Bary deals 1.25x, Ichthy does 1.5x
-Like Bary, recovers health from eating fish, but more than just coelcanth, piranha, and salmon. Megalodon, cindaria, electrophorous, anglers, manta, and dunkleosteus will also heal it.
-Has a custom damagetype which deals 2x the damage to the creatures listed above. (add in the default multiplier, that's 3.5x damage to these creatures)
-Has an AoE debuff. To the same creatures listed above that are near it, Ichthyovenator will reduce their attack and resistance down to 60%- terrifying the nearby fish into a weaker state! (add in earlier multipliers, that's a 3.9x damage multiplier to all fish). However, this terror is spread to even friendly and allied versions of these creatures: their natural instincts simply make them terrified of even an ally Ichthyovenator!
-can jump out of the water using spacebar when at the surface
-faster in water than baryonyx, can pivot/dive in water
-left click bite. Deals good damage.
-right click deathblossom tail spin. Water only. Stuns like the baryonyx and does more damage than bary, but cannot be spammed like bary's can
-C roar/taunt
-spacebar to jump! (can jump out of the water if you're at the surface)

#5. Fasolasuchus (Includes Aberrant)
-Habitat: Monster Island, Mountains, Scorched Mountains, Badlands, Bioluminecent region (Aberrant), Wastelands Hard, Desert Biodome Mountains
-Tameable: KO Tame
Fasolasuchus is one of the island's oldest residents, being a creature from the Triassic period. The king of it's time period and the king of it's family, Fasolasuchus is the largest Rauisuchid on the island. Despite looking like a crocodile or dinosaur, Fasolasuchus and its relatives are neither. However, like a crocodile, Fasolasuchus has a VERY tough hide- and that of Fasolasuchus is incredibly durable. For an apex predator, Fasolasuchus is a dangerously powerful creature by default, and Fasolasuchus's incredibly tough hide only makes it more dangerous. Bullets all but bounce off of it's back, where the armor is thickest, and the creature itself is already extremely durable. Add onto the fact the hide is so tough that it prevents certain environmental and combat conditions from effecting it, and Fasolasuchus becomes an incredibly dangerous adversary. It seems to know this, and is a hyper-aggressive predator known for attacking almost anything-even other larger carnivores. Due to it's aggression and tanky durability, this Rauisuchid is a go-to end game mount.
-Heavily armored: takes only 60% of damage.
-Can turn in place
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Takes next to no damage from firearm projectiles that hit it's back.
-Immune to: electrocution, bleeding, sandstorms, radiation, being caught on fire, fire attacks
-Left click bite. Deals good damage and inflicts bleeding
-Right click: Headbutt. Heavy damage and knockback, dismounts riders like a lance.
-C key roar, for aesthetic.
-R key to auto dismount and set fasola into Sitting state.

#6. Segnosaurus
-Habitat: Fertile Chamber, Beaches, Jungles, Redwoods, Oasis, Green Desert, Sanctuary City, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Passive Tame
Segnosaurus is a smaller therizinosaur species seen on the ark, and is arguably a highly adapted equal opportunist. While not as strong or stocky as Therizinosaurus, Segno is much friendlier and easier to maintain. Furthermore, they are much more common as well. Another thing to note is that although their claws are not as deadly as Therizinosaur's: they're much sharper. This allows Segno to actually slice through opponents armor, and they can even slice off rocks and be a form of agile mineral collector. These claws are also sharp enough that when swung fast enough, they can slice open an opponent and cause them to bleed: at a cost of raw power, of course. Furthermore...Segnosaurus seems to use this to be an opportunistic creature. Unlike Therizinosaur, Segnosaurus is actually an omnivore. Though not to the extent of others: Segnosaurus is an exclusive fish eater when it comes to meat: sometimes found near sources of water, it's known for catching and eating fish for protein. It's an effective all-around creature for smaller tribes who can't afford to get the mighty Therizinosaur.
-Reduces inventory weight of: Metal (70%), Fiber (0%), Fish Meat (10%), Honey (10%), Flint (10%)
-Extends preservation of honey, as well as prime meat and prime fish meat in inventory
-Eats fish meat when it comes to meat, instead of normal meat
-Left click Slash. Deals good damage and knockback, gathers berries, shreds/penetrates armor, gathers flint/metal/rock
-Right click roar. Cant be done while moving, for aesthetic.
-C key bite. Gathers meat, berries, fiber, and honey from bee hives.
-X key wild Slash. Hits twice, low damage, but penetrates/shreds armor and causes bleeding.

#7. Gigantspinosaurus
-Habitat: Swamp, Jungles, Fertile Chamber, Oasis, Sanctuary, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: KO OR Passive tame (can do whichever you'd prefer!)
A medium-sized stegosaur on the island, Gigantspinosaurus gets it's name from its truly MASSIVE shoulder spines. A dweller of humid locales, Gigantspinosaurus is a peaceful, prickly herbivore. Highly sought after by early tribes and survivors, Gigantspinosaurus is an excellent “early” tame. With decent weight, gathering abilities, and movement, Gigantspinosaurus fairs well. Though it's damage is mediocre at best, it's defense is remarkable: anything physically attacking Gigantspinosaurus has to deal with those man-sized spines: causing excruciating damage to anything that physically attacks it!
-Naturally only takes 90% of incoming damage
-Gets a “gang” or “Group” bonus.
-Physical attack damage is returned to the attacker by 95%, dealing damage back to the attacker.
-can turn in place
-Decent weight, stamina, and movement speed
-Left tail swing, swings the direction you look
-Right click bite, can be done while moving.
-C key roar/taunt. Cant be used while moving, but for aesthetic.

#8. Rajasaurus
-Habitat: Snow, Mountain, Badlands, Scorched Mountain, Element Chamber, Monster Island, Wasteland Hard, Desert Biodome Mountains, Tundra Biodome
-Tameable: KO Tame
Rajasaurus is the largest species of Abelisaur on the island. Large enough to look Allosaurus therotribus in the eyes, Rajasaurus is a powerful armored predator. Unlike the smaller, more nimble Carnotaurus pressor, Rajasaurus is a large powerhouse. Heavily armored and with a thick scutted skull, Rajasaurus is a brute unlike any other its size class. It's a veritable juggernaut: smashing through trees and rocks in its habitat while It runs over smaller beings. Though not fast from a start, when Rajasaurus gains momentum it turns into a literal bulldozer, though not to the effect of some other creatures, such as the woolly rhinoceros. Its heavy armored body resists even explosive damage and heat to the point fire can't even phase it! Combined with it's ability to haul heavy materials with ease due to it's size, Rajasaurus becomes a considerable juggernaut that is a prime tame target for many.
-Natural Armor (only takes roughly 90% of damage)
-Immune to: Radiation, bleeding.
-Reduces weight to 60% of the following in it's inventory: Metal ingots, metal, wood, stone, crystal, obsidian, element ore, blue gems, red gems, green gems.
-Cannot level movement speed
-left click bite. Deals good damage.
-Right click charge. Similar to the pachy, but can turn while executing. High stamina drain. Damage up to stone structures and ignores natural armor
-C key Roar, for aesthetic. Can be done while moving.

#9. Shunosaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Highland(Ragnarok), Swamp, Fertile Chamber, Oasis
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Shunosaurus is one of the island's smaller sauropods. But just being smaller doesn't mean It doesnt know how to throw it's weight around. Especially with it's special weapon: a spiked club on the end of its long, whiplike tail. It's capable of slinging this tail with enough force to shatter rock, making it an excellent siege engine and harvester. Its a slower, but reliable mount that can be aptly called a combat herbivore.
-Reduced weight for most mineral resources
-Decent runner, for a sauropod.
-Left click front stomp. Can't be done while moving. Gathers berries
-Right click right tail swing. Shatters rocks and stone structures
-C key left tail swing. Shatters rocks and stone structures. Both this and other tail swing harvest metal.
-X Key bellow. For aesthetic, can be used while moving.

#10. Austroraptor
-Spawning: Oasis, Beach, Inland Water, Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: Tranq OR passive
Austroraptor is a common species of raptor on the ark, to the point is regularly encountered by even the newest of survivors. Although startling, this isn't actually a problem, as Austroraptor, unlike all other raptors, is extremely calm and friendly towards humans and herbivores. This is because Austroraptor is exclusively piscivorous: it prefers a diet of nothing but fish! It's sharp teeth and claws are adapted to slicing and hunting fish, not larger, meatier animals, and as such, is an incredibly placid creature. Even somewhat timid. Early survivors value them over Utahraptor for one simple reason. Whereas Utahraptor is better at pack hunting and comabat, Austroraptor prioritizes Survival over sheer combat power. It has excellent stamina and great speed, which is excellent for helping newer survivors flee from threats. Furthermore, it's an excellent swimmer, sometimes even being able to dive to catch fish. With this swim speed and oxygen, it makes escaping into water to flee from danger not also very viable, but they can help their owners on shallow-water dives and protect them from potential predators. Furthermore their ability to easily kill fish can help provide a steady supply of fish meat for both master and Austroraptor. And on another side, Austroraptor can be trained to use it's teeth and claws for excellent shearing tools, snipping plants for valuable fibers and berries! All of this combined makes Austroraptor a must-have for any survivor starting out.
-Completely passive in the wild unless attacked.
-Is not a pack hunter or gang hunter.
-Left click bite. Same damagetype as pelagornis, dealing increased damage to fish.
-Right click claw slash. Hits twice, harvesting fiber
-C key call. For aesthetic. Can be done while moving.
-X key when swimming Dash. Spins forward for increased damage and movement.
-Spacebar to jump. Jumps higher than normal Utahraptor.

#11. Banguela
-Spawning: Jungle, Redwoods, Fertile Chamber, Sanctuary, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Tranq tame.
Banguela is a strange pterosaur often found in forested areas. A strong flier, Banguela uses it's tweezer-like beak for the unique purpose of feeding from bee hives. Rather than the insects, Banguela is more interested in the honey in the hives. Not only does it seem unphased by bees, but it's feeding habits are rather messy. This causes it to drop plentiful amounts of honey on the ground below. This catches the interest of DireBears and Segnosaurus, also avid honey eaters. However, with most hives out of reach, Banguela offers an opportunity. It appears that in exchange for providing food for Segnosaurus and Direbears, those two species in return help protect Banguela from threat. If a Banguela finds itself under attack, nearby Segnosaurus and Direbears are known to rush to its aid! Tamed, survivors use Banguela to gather honey from higher-up hives, usually out of the reach of bears and segnosaurus. Banguela, despite its size, also figures itself a shoulder pet, perching- or more or less, “piggybacking”- onto its owner's back with affection. Turns out this has an extremely effective use. Banguela can be used as a form of portable flier. Thrown from one's back, Banguela is fully capable of supporting a survivor latched onto it via grapple hook, and then being directed via whistling commands!
-Immune to bees and radiation
-ONLY TAMES EFFECTIVELY ON HONEY! (meat is a bad option!)
-Whistle “attack my target” onto a beehive to get a Banguela to attack it and gather honey!
-Gathers 4x honey and stores it for 20x longer in inventory, honey only weighs 10% of weight in inventory
-If attacked in the wild, nearby Direbear and Segnosaurus rush to protect it!
-How to “hang glide”: 1. Make sure your Banguela is flying when you grapple onto it: if this isn't done, it won't work!. 2: simply whistle “move to this destination”. You will need to do this constantly in order to keep it airborne! (might be good to set your banguela to an order group, so only the banguela responds to your orders!). 3: NEVER make a sharp descent into your landing spot! Doing so will count as fall damage, and your Banguela might just slam you into the terrain with enough force to kill you from fall damage!
-Can be carried on your shoulder (albiet awkwardly)
-Only attack is a bite: this gathers honey from hives!

#12. Narwhal
-Spawning: Ocean
-Tameable: Passive tame
Narwhals are one of the island's more peculiar ocean dwellers. Like many cetaceans (Whales and dolphins), they live in tight-knit pods. Unlike the species back home, this narwhal seems more adapted to both warmer weather and deep water. It's found all over the ark's oceans: even in tropical environments. Deep divers, narwhals prefer a diet of fish, small creatures, and clams: males will use their sharp, pointed tusks to attack fish and other prey items and kill them with ease. A deep-diving whale, Narwhal can be considered a direct opposite to the Basilosaurus. While Basilosaurus prefers the shallows, Narwhal are deep-water divers. Their health rate actually increases the deeper they dive, rather than become damaged. Tamed, they make excellent pearl harvesters and “pack hunting” creatures, though not as effective as their larger Orca relatives, which are also a common predator. Aside from these two benefits, Narwhal is also arguably the most insulating deep-sea diver on the island, providing the most insulation to it's rider from any other creature, and also preventing the rider from being inflicted with any rage-inducing pheromones, as Ammonite happen to be a favorite prey item!
-Sexual Dimorphism Supported! In other words, just like in real life, Males have tusks and females dont!
-Doesnt require a saddle to ride, even though it has one :P
-Provides extreme insulation when mounted: vanilla basilo insulation and a second insulation buff. This buff will prevent you from being hit with Ammonite's Rage upon killing one.
-Left click bite (Both genders): Bites, inflicting ok damage. Gathers pearls from pearl beds.
-Right click Tusk Jab (Male only): infilcits piercing damage using horn, inflicts 3x damage to Salmon, Coelocanth, Electrophorus, Anglers, Trilobites, Eurypterids, Ammonites, and Tusoteuthis!

#13. Herrerasaurus
-Habitat: Jungle, Grassland, Ragnarok Scotland, Fertile Chamber, Green Desert, Sanctuary, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: KO Tame
Herrerasaurus is a medium-sized theropod found on the ARKs. Although similar in appearance to a raptor, it is from a much more primitive family of dinosaur: one of the first to exist, actually. This sly dinosaur is a dangerous opponent, preferring hit-and-run tactics with its trademark venom. Despite it's size, this is actually why survivors both early on and more advanced seek out Herrerasaurus. Although similar in size to Utahraptor prime, it is both more agile and stronger. Yet this venomous bite is why tribes truly seek it out, providing a way to deal with most tank-like tames which are immune to bleeding or flame! Furthermore, this venom can be gathered and then, when allowed to ferment, becomes a usable substitute for narcotic drugs.
-Creates 1 unit of “Herrerasaurus Venom” every 30 seconds in its inventory. This item stacks to 200 and Herrerasaurus can create a max of 1000 in its inventory at a time. In its inventory, this venom weighs nothing. You can use this venom in place of Narcotics in recipies!
-Immune to the new Venom debuff, that it inflicts! This debuff is the exact same as bleeding, but without the cancellation of running and reduction in movement speed. Use this to get around creatures immune to bleeding or flame! (Rajasaurus, Fasolasuchus) It is also immune to poison wyvern (and similar) chemical damagetypes, and is immune to the venom debuffs in my other mods.
-Left click bite. Fairly fast, inflicts venom onto the target.
-Right click bark. For aesthetic.
-Spacebar to jump!

#14.Australovenator
-Habitat: Tundra, Snowy Plains, Icebergs (where Kairuku spawn), Tundra Biodome
-Tameable: KO Tame
Australovenator is a strange-looking dinosaur belonging to the “megaraptor” family of dinosaurs. A well-known member of the strange species, Australovenator is a cold climate dwelling creature. Australovenator prefers cold climates, being one of the tundra's larger predators, hunting on a strange, primary prey...Kairuku! Kairuku seem to be a favorite due to the Organic Polymer within their bodies. Australovenator ingests this to strengthen its own organic polymer defenses just underneath its skin. Megaraptorians are known for their arms and using them, and Australovenator uses them to rip open the poor penguins with ease to get at the organic polymer within. As a matter of fact, Australovenator is all about combat against armored opponents. Its arms are strong enough to tear through the armor of armored prey and get at the vulerable parts within. Its organic polymer protective patches underneath also give it a resistance to venoms of the island, while also providing physical protection. Due to its ability to gather organic polymer very effectively, rend through armored opponents, having slight armor itself, and immunity to venom, Australovenator is a sought-after, reliable partner to any survivor.
-Only takes 75% of incoming damage
-Complete immunity to Venom debuff
-Has a x8 gather rate for Organic Polymer
-Organic polymer weighs 0% in its inventory and has a preservation multiplier of around 1000
-The claw attack damage type deals x3 damage to: Ankylosaurus, Fasolasuchus, Alpha Fasolasuchus, Rajasaurus, Carbonemys, Eurypterid, Trilobite, Stegosaurus, Pulmonoscorpius, Aranaeo, Doedicurus.
-Claw Attack damage type deals x5 damage to: Karkinos and Mantis
-Claw Attack damage type deals x9 Damage to: Kairuku
-Left click bite, does decent damage.
-Right click claw attack. Shreds armor similar to the manta, deals increased damage to the creatures listed above.
-C key roar.
-Spacebar to jump!

#15. Dinocrocuta
-Habitat: Grassland, Fertile Chamber, Green Desert, Badlands, Desert Biodome
-Tameable: Passive tame
Dinocrocuta is a large, hyena-like creature found on the Arks. An uncommon sight in small groups on aberrant and standard arks, they are much more common in larger packs in scorched arks and desert environments. They are what many would expect of a giant hyena: robust, hardy creatures that pack a severe punch for their size. Somewhat hard to obtain, anybody able to assemble a pack of Dinocrocuta has a obtained one of the deadliest pack animals on the island- outmatched and rivaled only by Amphicyon!
-Whereas Amphicyon individuals and packs are sheer power, Dinocrocuta are less durable and powerful. Rather than be brawlers, they're adept at being a bit more tactical- they're slightly faster, their bite penetrates armor, and drains stamina.
-Immune to radiation, Venom, dilo venom, and “poop hit”
-Massive aggro/detection range on corpses: they'll come running as soon as you kill something if they're nearby!
-Regenerates health quickly upon eating a corpse (like argentavis)
-Passive taming REQUIRES full ghillie and crouching. Walking up in full ghillie won't do it!
-Fairly lenient on personal space for a carnivore, but still don't get too close!
-Talkative and vocal, like normal hyenas: you can hear em from quite a bit away.
-Left click bite. Penetrates/shreds armor, drains stamina.
-Right click laugh. When one member of the pack laughs, the others will too.
-C key howl. For aesthetic.
-X Key snarl. For aesthetic (yes, these are actual Hyena noises: the laugh, the howl, and the snarl. Hyenas are freaky.)
-Spacebar to jump.

#16. Sauropelta
-Habitat: Grassland, Mountains, Fertile Chamber, Green Desert, Badlands, Bioluminecent Region, Scorched Mountain, Desert Biodome Mountains, Wasteland Hard.
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Sauropelta currently holds the record for largest known Ankylosaur on the island. If you want to be specific, it's a species of Nodosaur: barrel-bodied ankylosaurs which often lacked tail clubs and focused on sheer durability and maximum armor. With a name that means “Lizard Shield”, Sauropelta lives up to that name as one of the most durable creatures on the island. Well-mannered, almost nothing beats sauropelta when it comes to defense. Survivors value it both as a protective mount, a hauler of resources, and of course: an incredible tanking unit.
-Immune to: Bleeding, Venom, Sandstorms, Radiation
-Most small/medium carnivores will ignore it (classified the same as large harbivores, such as paracer or bronto)
-Naturally only takes 50% of incoming damage, only takes 20% of damage from fire and flamethrowers (not immune to the “enflamed” debuff)
-Projectiles only do 4% of damage if they hit anywhere along its back/armor.
-Reduces the weight of many heavy materials in its inventory, such as stone, wood, raw metal, etc.
-Left click headbutt attack. Deals ok damage, gathers berries.
-right click body slam. Cannot be done while moving
-C key roar. For aesthetic, cannot be done while moving.

#18. Concavenator
-Habitat: Grassland, Redwoods, Jungle, Green Desert, Element Chamber, Sanctuary, Sunken Forest, Desert Biodome
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Concavenator is a cunning medium-sized carnivore on the island. Aside from its strange humbacked appearance, Concavenator doesn't really stand out compared to other mid-sized theropods. It is expectedly durable, expectedly strong, and as fast as you'd expect for something its size. However, what might come as a surprise is Concavenator's strange color palette. This is because this is Concavenator's only warning to other creatures around it: “Do NOT mess with me!”. Its bright and vibrant color schemes are a warning to both predators and prey alike due to Concavenator's unique biological adaptation. Within Concavenator's jaws, is a highly acidic saliva. Whether this acidic effect is caused by bacteria within the saliva or the saliva itself is yet unknown. However, this causes bites from Concavenator to burn and corrode, weakening their target's defenses and allowing them to damage targets easier. This allows them to punch in above their weight class in both offense and self defense, threatening off would-be predators and making kills much easier. This strange ability makes Concavenator a prize combat and hunting mount, with its acidic bite able to weaken enemy defenses.
-Immune to it's own unique status effect, and radiation
-Left click bite. Deals decent damage and attacks at a fast rate. Inflicts the new “Acid Saliva” debuff. This debuff lasts for 10 seconds and for that time reduces enemy resistance by 20%, causing them to take 20% more damage than normal when effected by this debuff (this is the exact same “resistance lowering” debuff percent given to you when you're electrocuted)
-right click roar. For aesthetics.

#19. Belluasaurus
-Habitat: Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: tranq tame
Belluasaurus is a species of Tyrannosaur, whose name translates into “Brutal Lizard”. An inhabitant of Aberrant Arks, this species is yet another denizen of Aberration who has no counterpart in earth's ecological or paleontology record. Tests seem to show it to be a descendant of Alioramus, but that is all that is known of this exotic, glowing Tyrannosaur's origins. Wheras most predators dominate the Luminous Marshes or elemental chamber, Belluasaurus is the undisputed apex of the Fertile Chamber. It has evolved an armored body to combat against the many smaller predators of the area: from the bleed-inducing ravagers to even the monsterous Amphicyon. Its armored hide is only the first of its adaptations, with another primary one being its serrated nose and brow horns. Sharp, sturdy, and thick, Belluasaurus can swing its head as a brutal weapon to smash through both trees and rocks alike in order to send foes flying. Lastly, Belluasaurus holds its title of Apex of the Fertile Chamber very close- if any other manner of large creature approaches Belluasaurus, it gets furious of the intruder's presence, wanting to protect its place in the ecosystem. Tamed, Belluasaurus are invaluable to survivors of Aberration. Though they may not be as nimble as the fearsome Megalosaurus or Spinosaurus: they are far more durable, and easier to acquire earlier on. Its sturdy frame and power make up for it's inability to move quickly for being an extremely sturdy combat mount, and an excellent gatherer for a wide variety of resources- with its rivalry mentality proving an excellent way to deal with the Aberrant ark's many predators...such as reapers....
-Aberration exclusive: only found in the Fertile Chamber region of Aberration!
-Immune to bleeding and radiation
-x5 harvest rate for Red Gems, Green Gems, Blue Gems, Crystal, Element Ore.
-Left click bite. Deals really good damage and can be done really quickly.
-Right click headbutt. Has a decent wind-up but really good damage, with heavy knockback. Harvests metal
-C key roar. For aesthetic, can be done while moving.

#20. Tarbosaurus
-Habitat: Mountain, Monster Island, Scorched Mountain, Badlands, Elemental Chamber, Desert Biodome, Wastelands Hard
-Tameable: tranq tame
Rex's Asian cousin, this species seems larger than the ARK's rex, whereas back home it were the opposite. Tarbosaurus steintherium is a somewhat rare creature on Aberrant and standard Arks, similar to another carnivore, Carcharodontosaurus. Yet on Scorched Earth, Tarbosaurus stands firm as Carcharodontosaurus's rival for Apex of the ark in place of the rarer Tyrannosaurus. Fights between Carcharodontosaurus and Tarbosaurus are especially known for being rather brutal, and that's no surprise granted their heavy contested positions in the ecosystem. Where Carcharodontosaurus tends to patrol the more open areas of the deserts, Tarbosaurus took to the rocky badlands and heat-scorched mountains. There in attempting to lower the amount of conflict with Carcharodontosaurus, Tarbosaurus started coming into direct competition with Rock Golems. Fed up with rivals, Tarbosaurus did not stray from the hulking brutes like many did. Rather, Tarbosaurus took them head on in a battle of “king of the mountain”. This lead to Tarbosaurus's thick scuted armor, and its extremely powerful bite. Though still physically weaker than the bite of tyrannosaurus, Tarbosaurus's bones and jaw muscles have developed in such a way it allows it to crunch through dense objects with ease. Tarbosaurus's Furious strength and bulky resistance make it a popular choice for those who have to choose between it, Tyrannosaurus, and Carcharodontosaurus.
-Higher Health than Rex or Carchar
-Runs slower than Carchar, Faster than Rex, but can run longer than both of them
-High base weight, reduces weight of materials such as stone, metal, and wood in inventory (though it itself cannot gather it)
-Less damage than Rex, more than Carchar.
-Left click Bite. Deals great damage. 100% Armor Negation (hits for full damage regardless of armor value), deals 1.5x damage to Reapers, Nameless, and Rock Golems.
-Right click Roar. Has a cooldown, can be used while moving. Hits for good damage in a good close-range AOE with high knockback. Can be toggled on/off as a special attack for tamed AI.

#21. Anthracosaurus
-Habitat: Rivers, Swamps, Bioluminescent Region
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Anthracosaurus is a large, elongated species of Amphibian found in several of the ark’s bodies of freshwater. A fish-eating predator, Anthracosaurus spends its time patrolling its murky home for food to eat-whether it be fish, small animals, or survivors. What’s noted for Anthracosaurus is however its long shape. This shape is very similar to an electric eel, and Anthracosaurus also has powerful electrical organs. It can use this passively in two ways. In one way, it can use its electrical properties to detect ElectroMagnetic Fields, allowing it to make sense of its murky environment. Second, it can also use its electricity to jolt any attacker that comes into physical contact with it! It has a third, much more active use as well: able to emit a powerful electric shock along its body’s length in order to deter attackers and electrocute them in place, so it can either fight easier or retreat. These electrical properties make Anthracosaurus a valued creature in any survivor’s arsenal.
-When Anthracosaurus is hit by a melee attack of an enemy, it returns 60% of that damage back to the attacker in an electric damagetype.
-Immune to electrocution, electric damage types, and venom
-Left click bite. Decent damage, no special effect.
-Right click AoE electrical shock. Deals heavy damage and hits 3 times but has about a 60 second cooldown.
-C key growl, for aesthetic.
-X key EMF detection. Activates a permanent heat vision that can be toggled off using Left Control.

#22. Metriacanthosaurus
-Habitat: Oasis, Fertile Chamber, Beach
-Tameable: Passive Tame.
Metriacanthosaurus is a species of medium-sized theropod dinosaur often found on the beaches of island arks. Arguably the beach’s top predator, one would expect Metriacanthosaurus to be a danger to new survivors. Well…it isn’t in reality. Metriacanthosaurus seems to lack the ferocious behavior and bloodlust of other ark predators, becoming docile for a time after consuming a meal. As such, while Metriacanthosaurus is indeed a threat, it is less of one than a survivor may think, as a sated Metriacanthosaurus is completely fine with being approached- so long as it is not hungry! Smart survivors will take the opportunity to try and befriend a powerful partner and ally for their beginning and middle of their adventure.
-Metriacanthosaurus utilizes a new “hunger” mechanic. When Metriacanthosaurus is hungry, it will behave like any other carnivore in ark. However, when a wild metriacanthosaurus eats a corpse, it will get a “sated” buff that will cause it to become passive towards creatures around it unless attacked. After eating a corpse, Metriacanthosaurus becomes passive for 5 minutes. I recommend if you want to make the taming process fairly easy, try keeping it near things you can easily kill for it to eat and refresh its “Sated” state (a Sated Metria will still eat corpses, so use this to your advantage!). You will know if a Metria is “Sated” by the green particle emitting from its forehead.
-Strong swimmer due to its coastal lifestyle.
-Left click bite. Deals good damage.
-Right click roar. This roar cannot be done while moving, but has no cooldown. When used, if the enemy is a creature under 150 drag weight, it will inflict the “Frightened” buff on them. Frightened creatures take 20% increased damage and have a 20% reduction in melee power. If they are unmounted, they will run away uncontrollably for 20 seconds. Afterwords, the feared creature will become immune to the Frightened debuff for 60 seconds.

#23. Brachauchenius
-Habitat: Ocean
-Tameable: Tranq Tame OR Passive Tame
Brachauchenius is one of the ocean’s apex predators. Rivaling Prognathodon, Mosasaurus, Tusoteuthis and Purussaurus, Brachauchenius is a gigantic relative of the much smaller Liopleurodon. Most other apexes of the ocean seem to focus on sheer power. While Brachauchenius is indeed a powerful animal, it seems to have traded some strength and durability for agility. Brachauchenius uses its four long, strong flippers for surprising maneuverability and agility- lacking a drastic turning radius like many other large animals: its even capable of turning in place if needed! With knife-like teeth that shred and cause bleeding, this powerful ocean predator is a versatile must-have for any survivor’s oceanic arsenal.
-Brachauchenius utilizes a new “hunger” mechanic. When Brachauchenius is hungry, it will behave like any other carnivore in ark. However, when a wild Brachauchenius eats a corpse, it will get a “sated” buff that will cause it to become passive towards creatures around it unless attacked. After eating a corpse, Brachauchenius becomes passive for 5 minutes. I recommend if you want to make the taming process fairly easy, try keeping it near things you can easily kill for it to eat and refresh its “Sated” state (a Sated Brachauchenius will still eat corpses, so use this to your advantage!); or drop corpses into the water, and it’ll swim up and eat them. You will know if a Brachauchenius is “Sated” by the green particle emitting from its forehead.
-Brachauchenius can be tamed either via Tranq or Passive tame. Both are challenging and although passive taming is much harder, Food is 5x more effective when taming Brachauchenius in passive taming than it is in tranq taming!
-Immune to electrocution
-Resitant to electrical-type attacks
-Can turn in place and has a tight turning radius for its size when moving.
-Left click bite. Deals 90 base damage. Shreds and penetrates armor, and also causes bleeding.
-Right click for a lunge that deals more damage, and surges brachau forward slightly

#24. Harpagornis
-Habitat: Sanctuary Skyline, Tundra Biodome, Tundra, Mountains, Scorched Mountain, Monster Island, Wasteland Hard
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Argentavis is not the king of the Island’s skies. Soaring even higher and even faster, Harpagornis is an aggressive, massive Eagle which is the main predator of Argentavis and other flying creatures- even Quetzalcoatlus. With a name that means “Grappling Bird”, Harpagornis are adept at aerial combat and have next to no rival. Though not as well rounded and resourceful as Argentavis, Harpagornis excels at Aerial Combat to a degree that very few other flying animals can. Harpagornis is blistering quick as an eagle, and it uses this in tandem with its razor-sharp claws to slam into prey and knock them out of the sky, akin to modern eagle species. However, all of this strength and agility comes at a cost. Harpagornis’s talons are so sharp the animal cannot grab any animal without causing it excruciating pain. As such, forget about using Harpagornis to carry any animal around. Tamed, they make excellent aerial dogfighters, slamming into opponents with well-placed blows that can turn the tide of battle.
-Aggressive and will hunt other creatures- predominantly fliers.
-Very fast flight running speed.
-Harpagornis is capable of running on land!
-More health and stam than Argentavis, but stamina decreases faster.
-Still vulnerable to projectiles like most other fliers
-Left click Bite (land)/ Talon Attack (flying). Shreds/penetrates armor, deals nearly double Argent’s damage (argy is 25, harpa is 48)
-C key taunt/emote, for aesthetic.
-Spacebar to fly!

#25. Becklespinax
-Habitat: Sanctuary (Extinction exclusive!)
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Becklespinax is a strange theropod dinosaur found in the ruined city of Extinction. While seeming to be related to the proper Altispinax, Becklespinax has evolved due to the influence of element so much it has become its own distinct specie- and as such, has been given its current name. Beckles is a fairly laid-back predator that actually tolerates most creatures invading its personal space. Bizarrely enough...Becklespinax seems to rarely hunt at all. It is most commonly, however, seen attacking drones and enforcers of the city, and tearing down such things as lamp-posts or benches. This is because Becklespinax has actually adapted to metabolize element, and prefers it over meat to sustain itself. As such, the element has changed and enhanced this creature with very valuable properties. Not also is it extremely adept at carrying and harvesting element, but the creature's jaws are also highly effective at dispatching corrupted creatures- making this rare animal a must-have for any extinction survivor!
-Only takes 80% of incoming damage, and only takes 70% from corrupted!
-WILL NOT EAT MEAT OR KIBBLE TO TAME! WILL ONLY EAT ELEMENT IN THE FOLLOWING FORMS TO TAME: Element Dust (worse option), Element Shards (second best), Element (best)
-Will eat meat normally when tamed
-Element, Element Shards, and Element Dust only weigh 5% of their normal weight in its inventory, but metal ingots, scrap metal, and scrap metal ingots weigh 50%
-Tamed Beckles will still eat element, so keep an eye on it!
-Wild beckles can be seen breaking rocks and lamp posts when they get near them (I dont recall if I made them able to wander harvest when tamed or not)
-Becklespinax is immune to radiation and bleeding!
-Becklespinax gives its rider an Insulation buff, but this one works a bit differently. It's only half as effective as the normal buff, but it protects the rider from the harsh wastelands debuff!
-Deals increased damage to robots with all of its attacks
-Has a 12x harvest multiplier for Element Dust, x18 for Element Shards, and x27 for Element! (set as is due to testing on 2x rates)
-left click bite. Has a rapid attack interval and deals greatly increased damage to corrupted creatures!
-right click claw slash. Mines resources like rocks and the structures in the ruined city. Should also work on element veins!
-C key roar, for aesthetic.

#26. Hatzegopteryx
-Habitat: None
-Tameable: Defeat
The true tyrannical baron of the ark's skies, Hatzegopteryx is the undisputed king of flight. A massive shadow similar to a warplane, Hatzegopteryx is capable of speed and maneuvers unlike anything else its size. It is a tyrant that hunts anything that soars: Quetzalcoatlus, Harpagornis, Wyverns- Hatzegopteryx is an apex predator with no equal in the sky and comparable to the strength of Giganotosaurus and Smok Saurovindico. Hatzegopteryx's ominous, bellowing roars are its only warning to its presence before it rushes in and shreds its target out of the sky. Its adaptations, appearance, size and power make it a target for any survivor wishing to master the ark's skies...however, it is far from an easy task. It is immune to tranquilization, and anybody trying to passive tame a Hatzegopteryx must have a death wish. Anybody who manages to tame Hatzegopteryx has nothing to fear in the skies, save for another Hatzegopteryx...but only the most prepared of survivors will be able to attempt to challenge it!
-Bossfight: Defeat to obtain an egg
-Immune to bleeding, chain bolas, cocooned
-Wild Hatzegopteryx takes 10% of damage from, and deals 3x damage to, the following creatures: Shadowmane, Giganotosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus (Vanilla), Reaper.
-Wild Hatzegopteryx takes 1.5x damage from, and deals 80% damage to, 8 creatures. Try and figure out what they are!
-Left click bite, heavy damage with good radius
-Right click roar
-C key Drill Roll. Costs high stamina, hitting multiple times with armor penetration and inflicting bleeding.

#27. Red Panda
-Habitat: Jungle, Redwoods, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Passive Tame
The Red Panda is an adorable little mammal from our modern time, where it was once an endangered species. On the ARKs, however...it has surprisingly made a firm hold in appropriate habitats. What's even more strange is that all manner of carnivores don't seem to bother it. This small, adorable animal seems able to go about its ways in a carefree life devoid of problems, under the watchful eyes of nearby herbivores. If the Red Panda does find itself under attack, however, assistance is normally not far behind, as almost every herbivore in the immediate vicinity will rush to its aid! Easily curious and friendly towards humans, Red Pandas can be tamed by offering them food. When tamed, they prove themselves extremely affectionate and adorable companions. Being near them seems to keep survivors and their dinos in good spirits- but there seems to be something else. Normally aggressive creatures that see a red panda with a survivor will then become passive towards that survivor and their creatures- so long as their fluffy little voucher remains nearby. Tamed, they can prove a mediator and a way to stay safe from certain dangerous animals.
-Passive tame: as omnivores, they'll eat anything for taming direbear or megatherium will. Their kibble, however, are Rare Flowers.
-Red Pandas in the wild are not attacked by predators. If you attack them, ALL creatures nearby will flock towards you (especially herbivores) and attack you. (Think the Super Turkey from ark events).
-When tamed, they give off a “Cuddle Buddy” buff to allied survivors and dinos in the same tribe as it. Cuddle buddy heals those affected by it by 3.2 units of health per second, but also causes those under its affects to draw no aggression from certain creatures. The following list of creatures will become neutral towards a player or dinosaur that is effected by “Cuddle Buddy”: Tapejara, Gigantopithecus, Equus, Unicorn, Hesperornis, Manta, Therizinosaurus, Shantungosaurus, Ichthyornis, Pegomastax, Kentrosaurus, Palaeoloxodon (from my Additional Creatures mod), Tetsuceratops (from my Additional Creatures mod), Shieldhorn (from my Atlas Imports mod), and Yeti (from my Paranoia mod).
-you can carry them/pick them up
-only attack is a bite with ok damage for their size
-they can wear hats
-THEY ARE FREAKING ADORABLE

#28. Pentaceratops
-Habitat: Wasteland (Extinction Exclusive)
-Tameable: Passive Tame
Pentaceratops is a massive ceratopsid, with an equally massive skull and frill. A denizen to the wastelands of Extinction, Pentaceratops makes its home in the hostile wastelands of earth where it comes into constant contact with corrupted. However, this also means it comes into contact with copious amounts of raw element. Like other animals, element began to influence its evolution...similar to creatures like Velonasaur and Managarmr, and it ended up as corruption's worst nightmare. A valliant and courageous dinosaur, Pentaceratops has evolved specifically to combat and kill corrupted animals with ease. Its horns have evolved into bladelike shapes similar to tek swords, and its massive frill is equivalent to a biological tek shield. If this wasn't enough, the Pentaceratops's attacks, composed of purified element, have an extremely increased effect against corrupted dinosaurs, as the element causes wounds to amplify in damage. As such one would expect these colossal dinosaurs to be the pinnacle dinosaur for fighting corrupted on extinction, they indeed are...however they are nowhere near a friendly herbivore. Their extremely hostile environment causes Pentaceratops to be extremely untrusting of anything near it. They charge survivors and their tames from a distance, their element-powered strength allowing them to flatten all who provoke their ire. This same spiteful and untrusting temperament also means that Pentaceratops will NEVER take food from somebody that renders them unconscious, taking it as an assault and marring that person an enemy for life. Naturally, as such, Pentaceratops is untameable...if only there were a passive ranged taming option, or a creature that could placate Pentaceratops...
-CANNOT BE TRANQED AND AGGRESSION RANGE IS TOO HIGH TO PASSIVE TAME NORMALLY: EVEN WITH GHILLIE.
-Tames on ONLY apex egg kibble
-You can only get close enough to passively tame them by using Red Pandas. Keep your panda close on you, and pentaceratops will not attack
-Naturally armored: takes only 70% of incoming damage.
-Only takes 50% of all incoming damage from tek, element, and corrupted
-All attacks deal 4x damage to corrupted
-Immune to bleeding, sulfur burn, corrupted reaper cocoons, and radiation
-Provides the rider with an insulation buff half effective as usual. However, prevents the rider from being effected by the Wasteland Hunger debuff.
-Immune to knockback
-Be aware that bright body colors (color region 1) will also change the color of pentaceratops's skull and lighting. As such bright colors will amplify the intensity of the light. Beware if you breed or mutate them.
-Left click head swing. Heavy damage, destroys all structures, deals 4x damage to corrupted. Harvests corpses.
-Right click Element Pulse Shockwave. Very powerful. Charges element as it rears up, then slams on the ground to inflict close AOE damage. Deals 4x damage to corrupted, and has high knockback in general. Less damage to non-corrupted animals.
-C key taunt
-X key browse. Harvests berries.

#29. Deinocheirus
-Habitat: Swamp, Jungle, Ragnarok Grand Canyon Region (Will not spawn in normal redwoods!), Oasis, Desert Biodome Oasis, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Passive Tame
Despite its appearance, the massive Deinocheirus is not a relative of the Therizinosaurus, but rather the largest member of Gallimimus's family. The creature is more than just a giant look-alike to Therizinosaurus as well. Like Therizinosaurus it boasts a foul temperament, but unlike Theri however it is larger and more physically powerful, making it outdo its look-alike by a far margin. All this aggression and strength has earned Deinocheirus the nickname of “Danger Goose”, further helping this giant omnivore stand out from the rest. Tamed, Deinocheirus may prove to be an effective and flexible combat counterpart to rex....
-You cannot approach safely to passive tame without Red Pandas.
-Ominvorous: Eats berries and meat, but ONLY fish meat.
-Immune to venom and radiation, cannot be knocked back
-can be told to sit via the radial wheel. R when mounted will auto-dismount you and force it to sit.
-Decent swimmer
-Left click claw slash. Hits twice with great damage and dps. Harvests bushes and gathers predominantly thatch.
-Right click Brutal uppercut. Costs stamina, cannot be done while moving, cannot be used with insufficient stam. This does massive damage and inflicts a ten second slow effect, like trike stun. This attack does increased damage to the types of structures Deincheirus can damage, helping it break them easier. The attack also has a cool down. If you look to your left or right and do this attack, Deinocheirus will actually perform an upprecut that will swipe the appropriate direction, turning it to face the direction your camera looks (like sarco's bite).
-C key double cross slash. Swipes both claws, has a cooldown and cannot be done while moving. Inflicts trike stun and has fairly good damage.
-X key Fishkiller bite. Deals increased damage to fish, mantas, anglers, etc.
-Left control roar. When walking or idle, cannot be done while walking/moving. If running, the animation will not impede you.

#30. Chungkingosaurus
-Spawning: Swamp, Fertile chamber (Uncommon), Sanctuary City (Uncommon), Oasis (Rare)
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
A large stegosaur, Chungkingosaurus is an intimidating herbivore. Despite its passive nature, it is one of the most deadly herbivores on the island. Covered in large spines, it also boasts a coat of osteoderms for defense- reducing damage and damaging back attackers. However, it also boasts a deadly weapon- a surprisingly long tail adorned with vicious thagomizers (tail spines) that is equivalent to a natural halberd or glaive. This brutal weapon is capable of delivering devastating strikes, and that's not the end of it. The entire creature- Chungkingosaurus- is venomous. Much like a stegosaur equivalent mix of a sea urchin and lionfish, the spines of Chungkingosaurus contain a deadly venom that injects into attackers in self defense- these same venom glands also found in the thagomizers of Chunkingosaurus's tail, allowing it to constantly pump venom into its attacker in either passive defense or aggressive assaults. Combined with the fact they have tight family bonds with their herd mates, like their smaller Kentrosaurus relative, and a group of Chunkingosaurus turns into a terrifying force that is a nightmare to confront in melee combat. Tamed, they make an excellent solo fighter and are terrifying in groups- requiring proper tactics against to overcome- whether it be ranged assaults or melee creatures immune to venom.
-Immune to Venom
-Reflects damage back to the attacker on physical contact, like kentro (60%). This inflicts venom.
-Can be told to sit via the radial wheel. R when mounted will dismount the rider and tell the critter to sit.
-Has natural armor: only takes 80% of incoming damage
-Left click tail swing. Looks the direction your facing. Like kentrosaurus, has pierce damage. Also inflicts venom, cannot be done while moving. Great area of effect and has knockback.
-right click tail slam. Strongest attack and can be done while moving, but can only be done behind yourself. Inflicts venom- use it to punish attackers from the rear.
-C Bite. Weakest attack but good dps. Harvests bushes.
-X key lunging swipe. Cannot be spammed or done with insufficient stam. ChunkyKing will leap forward a short distance, then use the momentum and swing its tail for big damage, knockback, and aoe while inflicting Venom on impact. A great gap closer and AoE move.
-Left control key roar, for aesthetic.

#31. Anteosaurus
-Habitat: Tundra, Tundra Biodome, Gen1 Tundra Forest and Wastes (X), Badlands (scorched), Desert Biodome Upper (Scorched), Green Desert (Scorched), Scorched Mountains (Scorched), Gardens Trench (R), Gardens Mountains (R)
-Tameable: KO Tame
Anteosaurus is a species of mammal-like reptile from a time before the dinosaurs, and it was the largest predator of its time. On the ARKs, it has made a drastic environment change from humid swamps to frigid tundra, being one of the tundra's apex predators. Anteosaurus is not much of a pursuit hunter but a predator adapted at hunting prey that fights back. Its large body makes it immune to being pushed back when it has firm footing, and the creature excels at fighting stationary as opposed to chasing moving targets. However, Anteosaurus has a strange adaptation- it is very warm blooded, moreso than traditional warm-blooded mammals. A strange chemical seems to be the source of this body temperature, granting the creature a strong metabolism and a strange defense. Not also is the creature warm to the touch, but...it's also extremely volatile to physical contact as well! Wounds by foes cause this blood to spill out, and that strange chemical quickly reacts to being exposed to air- rapidly bursting into flame! Yet, this doesn't seem to phase Anteosaurus at all as its hide is extremely fire-resistant in the first place. This chemical acts in two ways- first, the sudden wound bursting into flame lights the attacker on fire, causing damage and dealing damage over time due to the flames burning the victim. Secondly, the flame also helps to rapidly cauterize and heal the wound, allowing Anteosaurus to completely heal from even the most grave of wounds. The only downside is that this gives the creature a vast metabolism, constantly consuming food in order to fuel this incredible defensive mechanism. Survivors, despite Anteosaurus's slow speed, find it a must-have for exploring harsh environments and surviving the cold- as Anteosaurus's warmth can mean the difference between life for freezing solid! With its heat properties, it also makes an excellent middle-sized tanky brawler of a mount.
-Naturally immune to fire attacks and is immune to fire buffs, it is also immune to being frozen, as well.
-Anteosaurus is immune to its own insulation buffs
-When riding Anteosaurus, the rider becomes insulated and becomes protected from being frozen solid.
-Immune to fire damage
-Increase fire recoil damage by leveling fortitude! Damage calculation is 1.5x fortitude stat, with a minimum damage of (Value) x 1 and a maximum of (Value) x 3.5 per tick!
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Rapidly fast healing rate, but will consume food rapidly on doing so.
-Left click bite. Deals good damage.
-Right click Double Bite. Heavy hitting and hits twice, cannot be done while moving and causes bleed. Minor cooldown. Bleed scales with melee.
-C key Headbutt parry. Deals mediocre damage, but time right as an opponent attacks to parry them, stunning them and reflecting some of their damage back at them. If you miss the attack, the cooldown is far longer than if you land a parry.
-X key Saliva Spray. Coats allies in an insulation buff.
-Left control roar: for aesthetic

#32. Rhizodus
-Spawning: Freshwater
-Tameable: Tranq (Special)
A massive leviathan of the island's freshwater systems, Rhizodus is the undisputed freshwater apex predator of all ark networks. Resembling a massive armored snakehead, this fish has similar scaled aggression. Packed with powerful muscles, sharp teeth, and dense armor: Rhizodus goes unchallenged in its conquest of river systems. Even land proves little issue, as the fish is capable of hauling itself on land to chase prey or cross rivers when needed. More terrifying is its ability on land to use its immense body muscles to springboard itself the direction it needs to be. Its dense armor gives it the perfect defense against attackers. Fire cannot scathe it. Piercing blows can't shred its scales. Even venom, electricity, and explosions cannot break past. The only known ways of breaching Rhizodus armor is through the most powerful crushing and crunching blows in the animal kingdom- such as Dunkleosteus and Giganotosaurus. All of these aspects make Rhizodus seem like an apex tame any water-fairing tribe should have, but there is a catch. Such dense armor naturally prevents tranquilizer rounds from having effect. Though smart survivors have discovered assistance in this: Concavenator. Using the corrosive acid of Concavenator, one can weaken Rhizodus's naturally inpenetrable armor to tranquilize it: so long as it is swimming, and able to freely circulate the narcotic toxins throughout its body. Any survivor willing to do this shall be rewarded with a powerful, fearsome mount!
-Naturally immune to torpidity. You must inflict Corrosive Acid onto Rhizodus in order for it to become vulnerable. It will be vulnerable to torpidity as long as Rhizodus is inflicted with the debuff. When the debuff wears off, Rhizodus will keep any torpor gained (nor will it wake up if the debuff wears off). FURTHERMORE, you cannot drag it onto land either. It must be both inflicted with Corrosive Acid, as well as free swimming to be vulnerable to torpidity!
-Extremely high natural armor makes it take 40% of incoming damage by default
-Weak to attacks from creatures like Titanosaur, Dunkleosteus, and Giganotosaurus
-Completely immune to bleeding, venom, radiation, electrocution.
-Left click bite. Deals good damage, slightly slower on land.
-Right click (water only) Ram. Attack hits twice, capable of damaging all structures. Can be toggled as a special attack. This attack deals 3.8x times damage to all structures, making it an effective base breaker, but only when swimming. Cannot be used when encumbered, with insufficient stamina, and has a cooldown. Hits twice. If you try to turn and charge, you will loose all gained momentum.
-C key thrash. Cannot be used with insufficient stam. High knockback, with a cooldown and stam cost. Hits three times on land and four in water.
-X key Rip-and-tear. Slight cooldown, but inflicts bleeding (slows as well).
-Left ctrl key roar, for aesthetic.
-Spacebar on land to jump. High stamina cost and far distance. However after jumping, you cannot jump again for roughly 12 seconds.

#33. Binturong
-Habitat: Jungles, Sanctuary City, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: Passive Tame
Binturongs are small but chunky mammals, a type of civet, and omnivore. Found only in tropical environments, this species from the modern world is known for a very bizarre trait- they smell like Popcorn. Affectionately called “BearCats”, Binturong on the arks are very much the same as they were on our own home- though a little bigger, and for some reason, packing a venomous bite. They likely evolved this with their tough-for-their-size physique in order to fend of their smaller natural predators. Rough and tumble, when tamed, they are affectionate and even lazy pets that are good company. However, many a smart survivor have tamed them for an additional purpose- their strange scent. When tamed, it appears the effects of this strange scent amplify, causing nearby wild creatures to become hungry. This makes it an excellent taming partner!
-Neutral: attacks when hit, they're quite the little scrappers!
-Venomous bite
-Binturong's main ability is its “Hungry AoE”. When tamed, Binturong has a small AoE around it for about 600 in-game units. Anything in this field that is a wild animal will get a “Popcorn Scent” debuff, which will cause its food to begin to drain faster than normal. While this is extremely useful for creatures with smaller food stats, its still a massive boon in large creatures like Rex as well, speeding up the taming process by making the creature loose more food than normal. This effect only lasts as long as the binturong is close enough to the wild animal. You can speed up the taming process by being close to the wild animal you tame, so its food begins to drain before it is knocked out, but this comes at a risk of being so close to the animal you're trying to tame (which may make it useful in passive tames, though...). Regardless, it drains the food of wild dinos to help speed up taming. Use it how you'll see fit!

#34. Balaur
-Spawning: Sanctuary, Redwoods, Jungles, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
Despite all its appearances, Balaur is not a dinosaur or raptor. This strange creature is actually a very large bird, and it has evolved on the arks to use its anatomy as a form of mimicry. Combined with its appearance and using pheromones to manipulate senses, Balaur is able to pass itself off to any raptor species it encounters. Austroraptor, Dakotaraptor, Spinoraptor, Troodon, etc- Balaur is capable of silently entering their inner lives despite being an herbivore. Not also does Balaur infiltrate its host's life, but it is capable of using manipulating cries via voice mimicry via complex vocal cords to temporarily bolster its raptor packmates. Of course, despite all of this, Balaur's mimicry is not perfect. If its packmates suddenly become aware of its ruse, Balaur is suddenly capable of uttering a high-pitched squeal in self defense. This is in a special pitch that all kinds of raptor seem to have a natural attentuation for, and as a result, will suddenly cause them to slow and their senses to fail, allowing the Balaur to escape with its life to find new hosts. Tamed, Balaur can be used alone to bolster allied raptors and weaken tamed ones. However, Balaur can also take its raptor mimicry to a different scale, using its natural group mentality to become herbivorous pack attackers! Alone or in a group, balaur's clever adaptations and bulky physiology can make it a versatile and flexible mount, combined with its feathers, which allows it to slow its descent to extend its jump distance!
-Gang bonus of up to +8
-Can glide if you hold spacebar. Reduces fall damage and fall speed to a quarter of usual speed.
-Tamed Balaur will not draw aggro from any wild raptor in the base game or the AC mod series.
-If a wild Balaur is attacked (they are not aggressive), all types of raptors from a large radius will converge on the attacker.
-Left click claw slash. Harvests fiber, berries, and corpses.
-Right click Raptor-Null Shriek. This has a decent cooldown. When used, Balaur will do a shriek that will effect all non-allied raptors. The buff caused, Raptor Disable, will slow the target, prevent them from running, impair their vision, and cause them to take 50% more damage.
-C key Raptor Rally. This call will make allied Raptor-species near Balaur take 25% less damage and deal 25% more damage as well!
-Spacebar to jump

#35. Gigantophis
-Spawning: Ocean
-Tameable: Tranq
One of the largest snakes of our time and on the arks. Although a massive constrictor in life, Gigantophis has evolved into something far more terrifying on the arks. It is essentially, a gigantic Sea Krait. With Kraits back home boasting incredibly deadly venom, Gigantophis is the same, on a much more deadly scale. Gigantophis's potent venom and amphibious abilities make it a desired combat mount, with affinity for the ocean over land, and an extremely deadly venom which can prove deadly in the long run. Just be advised to always keep it hydrated.
-A unique form of hydration mechanic, do not leave your gigantophis out of water for long! If it falls below a certain percentage of its water stat, it becomes weaker, even loosing health! Increase your water stat to last longer on land. Water stat CANNOT be refilled with canteens. Refills fastest when in water, and is slightly negated when it rains.
-Gigantophis's custom venom is the strongest in AC-series, with the highest HP drain on total stack.Be careful getting up close and personal with Gigantophis!
-More territorial than aggressive. will attack if you get close and flees on low health.
-Immune to venom and electrocution
-Left click bite. harvests increased amounts of fish and inflicts Gigantophis's custom venom.
-Right click roar/snarl, for aesthetic.
-C key on land is its tail swipe. Hits behind it and damages targets.

#36. Daspletosaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Green Desert, Fertile Chamber, Sanctuary City
-Tameable: Passive
A large, formidable theropod, Dapletosaurus is a very rare sight on the arks. Much like other predators, when it spots a survivor, Daspletosaurus charges in full speed towards them. However, it isn't to actually attack. For some reason, Daspletosaurus has a hard time competing with the ark's plethora of other carnivores, and as such, most of the species is starving, on the brink of extinction had the ark not be repopulating their numbers. They charge towards survivors for one reason: food. The species is intelligent enough to know that dinosaurs in the care of survivors are often well-loved and well-fed, so it throws itself at survivors for their affection, acting as friendly as possible, and fleeing if this act of friendship fails. For those that do actually accept Daspletosaurus into their care, it is not easy. The creatures are starving and at the brink of death, so one must first raise them and care for them throughout this time. It is a very tough task, but worth it in the end. When tamed and cared for back to health, Daspletosaurus have proved one of the most loyal, friendly, and devoted pets on the ark. They're fast to learn and can catch on rapidly- vastly improving their performance in a short time compared to other dinosaurs or creatures: as if they're trying to repay their survivors for accepting them and saving them. It's definately worth it: with the right training and care, Daspletosaurus can be trained to become even more powerful than certain predators even greater in size than it!
-Passive. If Daspletosaurus detects you, however, it will charge right at you and begin begging for food. You must be the right level to feed it, however.
-High level daspleto will rarely spawn and low levels will most commonly.
-Uses Yutyrannus saddle.
-Immune to radiation
/////DASPLETOSAURUS TAMING////
Daspletosaurus taming is a bit of a complicated process. When tamed, they get a buff for two hours (roughly) called "Starvation". This will cause its health to deplete slowly over time and its food to rapidly decrease. You'll also note that despite being similar in size to something like Allosaurus, its stats are largely pathetic: similar at base value to a raptor of equal level. While starving, Daspletosaurus takes 8x more damage and only deals 10% of its overall damage. When it overcomes Starvation, however, it will regain normal damage. Now, why would you do all of this? Because: When tamed, Daspletosaurus has the highest stat gains of any creature in ark in health, stamina, and melee, period. Whereas most creatures may get 10% or 20% increases in those stats per level, daspleto gets a whopping 30% in stamina per level and a ludicrous ***+70-80% IN HEALTH AND MELEE PER LEVEL***. In case you're wondering: wild daspleto stat level ups are pathetic: less than 5% in some stats. That's why taming high level ones are important. Here's some tips i recommend when caring for a sick daspleto:
-Since it'll follow you around while you're taming it, use this time NOW to lead it back to base before the starvation buff kicks in when you tame it. It'll be easier.
-Don't be fooled into thinking feeding it Cooked Meat will do the trick to offset food and health drain. It won't be fast enough to keep it sated. The best thing i can offer is make large stacks of pet food kibble beforehand. It's the only food that can keep a starving daspleto fed long enough and easily enough.
-Having a Daeodon nearby on auto-heal can help with the health drain. That, or manually heal it with a daeodon or snow owl every once and a while, or with a health recovery item.
/////REMINDER: When starvation is overcome, you can train daspleto to deal even more damage than rex or yutyrannus!...though i wouldnt recommend min-maxing into only melee for obvious reasons.///
-Bred Daspletosaurus will not have Starvation
-Left click bite. Deals great damage.
-right click headbutt. deals great knockback, cannot be done while moving.
-x key roar, for aesthetic.

#37. Qianzhousaurus
-Spawning: Jungle, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Tranq
{The original mechanics of this creature are glitched due to an oversight of the person who made it. It has been, for stability sake, turned into a mid-early tier small/medium carnivore with decent jack-off-all-trades stats to compensate. We are sorry for the inconvenience.)
-Left click bite. Deals mediocre damage, inflicts a stacking bleed.
-Right Click roar, for aesthetic.

#38. Elephantosaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Green Desert, Sanctuary City, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
Elephantosaurus, despite the size and name, is not a dinosaur. It is in fact, actually, a massive relative of the miniscule Lystrosaurus! A bulky herbivore, this creature is not to be understimated. It's surprisingly fast for its size, and can use its weight to its advantage in a battle. Tamed, they make excellent transport and combat mounts for their tier, being considered a "bulkier triceratops" by some.
-Immune to radiation and sandstorms
-Left click head attack. This does ok knockback.
-Right click stomp. This deals great damage and great knockback.
-C key taunt, for aesthetic.

#39. Styracosaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Green Desert, Sanctuary City, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber
-Tameable: Tranq
Styracosaurus is Triceratops's more irritable cousin. Unlike Triceratops, Styracosaurus are more agile, and this allows them to be far more aggressive combattants. While Styracosaurus are capable of doing more damage than trikes (especially in groups) thanks to their large, singular horn, they are more frail as well. For those who want a bulkier or more line-holding option, Trike or Elephantosaurus will do. However, for those that want an aggressive, active attacker, Styracosaurus will not disappoint. It's one of the fastest ceratopsids on the ARKs!
-Gang boost of up to +8
-Immune to radiation
-Left click horn attack. This gathers berries and does piercing damage like a manta, making it great for pvp.
-Right click taunt, for aesthetic.

#40. Stygimoloch
-Spawning: Grassland, Mountain, Badlands, Green Desert, Desert Biodome, Fertile Chamber, Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Tranq
Stygimoloch are medium-sized, grouchy herbivores. A relative of Pachycephalosaurus, Stygimoloch is almost twice the size, and much more dangerous. Many survivors often hope of getting Stygimoloch early, as it is a reliable mount from then on to later progress, being a great mix of travel, combat, and utility!
-Inventory is the same as an argentavis (Smithy inventory when saddle equipped, and weight reductions in certain resources).
-Left click bite. An omnivorous damage type, harvesting corpes, bushes, and fiber.
-Right click headbutt. Same damagetype as an ankylosaurus.
-C key roar. Mainly for aesthetic, but inflicts High Startled and Low Intimidation.

#41. Plateosaurus
-Spawning: Redwoods, Jungle, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber, Sanctuary City
-Tameable: Passive
A Prosauropod, Plateosaurus is a strange-looking, strange-sounding relative of the much larger sauropods such as brontosaurus. Plateosaurus is a mild-mannered, lethargic herbivore which spends most of its day foraging for food- because it's a very picky eater. Plateosaurus seems to only eat the island's Narcoberries and similar fruits. When looking at its biology, this becomes clear. Narcotic paste is known for its medicinal effects, and Plateosaurus ingests these berries, grinding them into a paste-like mush nearly identical to the narcotic paste made by survivors. Plateosaurus seems to feed off this paste itself rather than the berries, and this actually grants plateosaurus extreme health benefits. Plateosaurus heals from wounds remarkably fast when ingesting this paste, making it a sought-after mount for early survivors. With its ability to easily harvest and transmog narcoberries, its combat prowress is also phenomenal for its size. Although its damage is mediocre, the sheer rate at which it can heal itself by ingesting narcotic paste makes it invaluable in fighting, making it far tankier than it appears!
-IMMUNE TO THE IMMERSIVE TAMING MOD: It's diet would realistically make it take no interest in your baits!
-When tamed, will eat pet food kibble for ease of use.
-Automatically converts 5 narcoberries to narcotic in its inventory.
-Plateosaurus does not eat berries or vegetables like normal herbivores. Its natural diet is made up completely of narcotic fruits. As such, it will only eat narcoberries, narcotic, and biotoxin naturally. That order is also its order of preference for taming (Biotoxin is the best food to feed it).
-Plateosaurus heals an astonishing amount of health when consuming narcotic paste, allowing it to rapidly heal from wounds.
-Has a 5x harvest multiplier for narcoberries.
-Left click bite. Deals mediocre damage, harvest berries
-Right click roar, for aesthetic.

#42. Nigersaurus
-Spawning: Jungle, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber, Bog Biome, Inland water
-Tameable: Tranq
A small, semi-aggressive sauropod with a hippo-like temper. Found in lush vegitation or around water, Nigersaurus is fairly adapted to a tropical, flooded lifestyle. For those that can down these small sauropods, they can prove avid companions. Fairly bulky, they can be decent in a fight. If one lives in a locale with deep rivers, the waterways can be easily traversed with a well-trained Nigersaurus, making them ample companions.
-Territorial: will attack if you draw close.
-Left click either bite or neck swing. Decent damage. neck swing has wider range. The attack animation selected is random.
-Right click tail whip. Can only be used on land and not when moving. Swipes behind self, decent knockback and damage.
-C key tackle. Good damage and knockback. Cannot be used when moving, and only on land. Costs stamina to use.
-Left control roar, for aesthetic.

#43. Corrosion Wyvern
-Spawning: Manual (Needs to be added via game.ini or Simple Spawners)
-Taming: Egg Steal
A wyvern species that has evolved from Poison Wyverns. These wyverns are toxic-colored, and usually found dwelling in dense swamplands. Using this cover, they close in and utilize a deadly weapon of corrosive acid, spraying it onto their victims to make them easier for the killing stroke. Tamed, they prove a viable Wyvern alternative: with Corrosive Acid now being able to be applied in aerial combat, and boasting an immunity to venom, thanks to their toxic nature.
-Custom Wyvern variant
-if inserted where Wyvern nests naturally spawn, their eggs will show up in wyvern nests
-custom model and textures
-Gains bonus speed on imprint
-Stats are not nerfed on tame, like vanilla wyverns
-has a saddle slot for Classic Fliers wyvern stone or similar mods.
-Immune to venom debuffs and corrosive acid
-Left click bite
-right click Corossive Acid breath. Applies Corrosive Acid. The projectile damagetype is similar to an Arthropluera's, dealing massively increased corrosive damage/armor break on player armors.
-C key (land) wing flap. Pushes targets back
-C key (flying) grab.
-X key aesthetic roar.

#44. Suchomimus
-Spawning: Freshwater, Redwoods Water, Fertile Chamber Water, Luminous Marshland water, Swamp, Shallow Water, Sunken Forest, Genesis Bog Biome
-Taming: Tranq
The second largest Spinosaur seen prowling around the island's freshwater and brackish-water riverways, Suchomimus is just as much an aggressive and powerful predator as its neighboring relative, Spinosaurus. While content walking through the shallows, Suchomimus is a much more avid swimmer than Spinosaurus, diving after its preferred prey of fish. This is actually all Suchomimus prefers to eat despite its massive size: fish, and small animals. Unlike its relative, it prefers dealing with prey it knows it can easily kill. Its long, thin snout is fairly fragile and far from as powerful of the jaws of similar-weight carnivores. As such, this creature only expands its diet to the smallest of prey: which includes humans. Thankfully, it doesn't take much to discourage a suchomimus attack. Simple mounts like Raptors or Triceratops are all it takes for this aggressive predator to heed you no mind. Though its jaws may be weak, the rest of its body is far from it. Suchomimus is intelligent enough to know this as well, and makes extreme use of its muscular, dense body to inflict surprisingly powerful damage compared to its thin jaws. From muscular slashes to thick-tailed swings, to even using its weight and mass in a full-body shove! With this, Suchomimus is capable of fending itself from other large carnivores and standing its ground, providing itself a wide variety of options in a fight! If this doesn't work, however... it uses its surprising speed and stamina for its size to its advantage, fleeing for its life. Suchomimus is an ideal mount, much like Spinosaurus. However, it is able to be wrangled much easier, making it the more ideal choice for earlier-on survivors. Survivors who also enjoy versatility and wide options will also enjoy suchomimus. Its ability to come up with and execute such a wide variety of attacks can come in handy with many situations, regardless of how weak its jaws are. Those that also live in semi-aquatic environments will enjoy Suchomimus for its ability to easily traverse waterways and its rapid swimming speed! Adding in suchomimus's surprising running speed and endurance, and you have a predator who's an all-terrain-mount!
-Gains Hydration, much like Spinosaurus. However, two values differ with Suchomimus than with spino. When hydrated, Spino gains +15% attack and +25% healing regen. When hydrated, Suchomimus gains +8% melee and +35% health regen.
-Amphibious: can sprint in water and is an excellent swimmer. Lacks an oxygen stat.
-Like Spinosaurus, heals more from meat and prefers it when taming.
-Suchomimus is in the same team class as Dilophosaurus. As such it will attack fish, small animals, and players. However, being on a mount such as a Raptor or Stego will actually deter Suchomimus from attack.
-All Attacks from Suchomimus harvest Fish meat at an increased rate
-Suchomimus deals 1.5x damage towards "Fish". this includes fish from my mods (Rhizodus), Coelocanth, Piranha, Salmon, Mantas, Electrophorus and Anglers.
-Left click bite. Very low damage for its size but decent attacking speed. Attack speed increases in water. Great for hitting targets somewhat distant from you and keeping them at a safe distance.
-Right click arm slash. This has similar DPS to the bite, but hits twice with higher base damage. however due to its short arms, the reach is to be desired: meaning to inflict more damage you have to get right up in your opponent's face.
-C key hipcheck. has a stamina cost and cannot be used while moving and only on land. Has a slight cooldown. Suchomimus will turn its body towards the attacker and shove hip-first into the target. this inflicts HIGH knockback and is suchomimus's strongest attack. Use it as a combo finisher or to keep targets away from you.
-X key tailspin. Has a stamina cost (less than hipcheck) and cannot be used while moving on land. No movement restriction in water. Second strongest attack with a minor cooldown and cant be used with insufficient stam. The tailspin inflicts AoE damage and knocks back targets, making it a great anti-swarm move.
-Alt+X Tail Swing. Cannot be used while moving, land only. Has a small stamina cost and cannot be used with insufficent stam. Weaker than tailspin, but inflicts the same amount of knockback. However, it can be used without cooldown: making it great for keeping targets off your rear.
-Left control roar. For aesthetic.

#45. Europasaurus (ARKaeology Brachiosaurus)
-Spawning: Jungle, Redwoods, Sunken Forest
-Taming: Tranq/Passive
A mid-sized sauropod, Europasaurus is a relative of Brachiosaurus and a common sight in the island's various forests. Relatively placid, Europasaurus are tamed by survivors for their versatility. They are generally easier to obtain than Camarasaurus, and while they arent as powerful, they are far faster. Their smaller size allows them to safely go into a full sprint, allowing them to move quickly when needed. This further adds to the appeal of this easy-to-obtain sauropod. While not the best, it makes an excellent early tame for survivors. Capable of traveling well, defending from most smaller threats, and hauling resources easily!
-Can be passive tamed at lvl 25
-Will flee on low health
-Left click bite, low damage but far reach
-right click stomp. better damage and dps but close-range with knockback.

#46. Gigatitan
-Spawning: Jungle, Genesis Bog (Forest), Sunken Forest
-Taming: Tranq
A massive mantis-like creature, Gigatitan is one of the network's largest arthropods. A creature both beautiful and terrifying; Gigatitan takes the intelligence of the standardized ark Mantis on another level. it is an aggressive, intelligent, and patient ambush predator of dense, forested environments. Calmly, it waits in an ambush posture before violently ambushing its target with intelligent, cruel strikes. When attacked by a Gigatitan, one faces a severe adversary. Its armored elytra gives it increased resistance, and it can scatter the hair on its thorax like a tarantula. These hook-like hairs dig into attackers and cause severe irritation, and leave the target open to another one of gigatitan's cunning tactics. If a target is covered in these hook-like hairs, the Gigatitan can use the small claws on the undersides of its arms to violently rip out these hook-like hairs and cause profuse bleeding. Intelligent, this creature can also use its cunning eyesight to snatch both creature and rider alike, punishing the target both differently. If grabbing a survivor, however, gigatitan does not play. It knows the faster the survivor ordering the creature is dead, the better...if grabbed by Gigatitan, expect nothing more than a quick and violent death in manner of a brutal throat slit! Tamed, Gigatitan is a surprising mount. It is surprisingly agile, and its various athletic abilities make it great for a tactical fighter, able to adapt to situations freely on the fly. That, and its intelligence makes it quite the comical character to its newfound family!
-When on land, Gigatitan has a buff which grants it 50% natural resistance, without a saddle. When flying however, this elytra exposes and reveals a soft abdomen, making Gigatitan take full damage once more.
-Can enable special attacks (enables retreating fur scatter, player grab, and tame grab) via radial wheel
-Cannot level movement speed, but gains imprint. However, it is immune to genesis flier restrictions.
-Left click for an arm slash. quick damage, shreds armor like manta. Only attack that can be used while airborne.
-Right click hair scatter. Scatters hairs that work similar to the moth spores of lymantria, but last much shorter: ten seconds of slowness and stamina drain.
-C key retreating hair scatter. Scatters hair, but backs up in the process to gain distance. Pairs very well with the lunging slash!!
-X key to toggle Combat Stance. Combat stance enables Gigatitan's most complex attacks! X to enter, x when in combat to leave again. You cannot move nor fly when in combat stance.
-Shift+X is the Leaping Dash Slash! This is a heavy damage attack that closes the distance, shredding armor. If this attack connects a target coated in Gigatitan's hairs, it inflicts allo-styled bleed on the target!
-Alt+X is the Heavy Cross Slash. Hits twice and deals big damage. Like the Dash Slash, connecting this attack to a haired target will cause bleeding!
-Left control to use the Creature Pin. This grab only works on creatures (still damages players), grabbing critters of up to 150 drag weight. If Gigatitan grabs and pins a target, it will strike it rapidly three times to inflict three procs of deinon-style (does not effect bosses) bleed on the target, before letting it go.
-Shift+Left control to use the Player Execute. A slow animation with a bit of a windup and a massive endlag if you miss. Damages creatures but only grabs players. If you grab a player, violently execute them with a throat slit that one-shots them!
-Spacebar to toggle flight
-O key to roar:
///Gigatitan can Emote the following when not flying or in combat stance:\\\
-Shift+X: No/Disagree
-Alt+X: Yes/Agree
-Left control: Sinister plotting
-Shift+left control: Innocence
-Alt+Left control: I dont know
-Right control: Play dead
-Shift+Right Control: Deny (when you really don't)
-Alt+Right Control: Anger

#47. Thorned Dreadweaver
-Spawning: Grasslands, Tundra Grasslands (Center only), Dunes, Wasteland Hard, Genesis Volcano Biome
-Taming: Tranq Tame
An extremely rare arachnid-like arthropod found in open environments. The Dreadweaver, despite its armored carapace, is a fragile apex predator. When its prey is in its sights, there's little it can do once a dreadweaver gives chase. Arguably the fastest predator on the island, even the agile Gallimimus can't do much to escape it. The problem with this armored hyperspeed "spider" is that it cannot turn easily. When running, it has the largest turning radius of any mobile creature on the ark network. However, this clever arthropod has learned a trick for that. By sinking its legs and claws into the earth, the Dreadweaver can drift at a massive cost of its endurance to sling itself around tight corners at high speeds. While extremely difficult to knock out, Dreadweaver is highly sought after for advanced survivors as an excellent traveling mount as well as hit-and-run support fighter. Using its bleeding abilities and its numbing bite, Dreadweaver can provide agile support for allies while also buffing them using its own deadly jaws.
-Only takes 50% of incoming damage
-Takes 2.5x damage from Fire and Explosives.
-Immune to sandstorms, bleeding, venom
-Left click is a bite with base 50 damage. This is NOT something you want to use as your spammable attack. This hits both allies and enemies alike and hits them with the Numbing Venom debuff. Numbing Venom lasts 35 seconds and doesnt drain any health. Rather, it increases target defense by 40% (camel spiders, which Dreadweaver is based on, have a similar real life venom). Can be done while moving, but not running.
-Right click is dreadweaver's claws. Has shredding/pierce damage, and inflicts stacking deinon-style bleed which does not effect bosses. High dps. Can be done while moving, but not running.
-C key when not running is a spin slash. Mediocre damage. Cannot be done while running or walking, or falling/swimming. Same effects as the standard slash. Hits twice on execution. Once on swing, and second when the arm swings around front again. Cannot be done with insufficient stamina.
-C key when running toggles Driveby Slash. As you run, Dreadweaver will hold out its arms for a driveby slash. Press C again to untoggle. If you run out of stamina or stop running, Dreadweaver will auto-untoggle his claws. This does deinon-style bleeding and hits fairly often, making it great for hit-and-run. Cannot driveby when drifting.
-X key for a threaten emote.
-Alt+X for a happy emote.
-Left control while running to drift. YOU MUST HOLD LEFT CONTROL TO DRIFT. Letting go will untoggle drifting. If you attempt to go straight or stop while drifting, Dreadweaver will untoggle drifting itself. Drifting costs a massive amount of stamina per second, but it DRASTICALLY reduces turning radius.
-Spacebar to jump. Very high stamina cost. Can't jump if driving by or if drifting.

#48. Torosaurus
-Spawning: Grasslands, Redwoods, Sunken Forest, Tundra Biodome
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive tame
Torosaurus is a unique ceratopsian in multiple ways. Firstly, it is an omnivore. While able to digest meat, it is fortunately not predatory like Direbear or Deinocheirus. It orefers to graze on grasses, and is partial to fruits and vegetables. Meat seems to only be when it needs to proteins to help recover from wounds, as they are sometimes seen feasting on predators they kill after intensive battles. More docile than triceratops, while they can be handfed, they are just as aggressive if provoked. Another unique feature of Torosaurus comes out with this aggression: its intimidation factor. Torosaurus's frill actually has a pattern on it in the shape of the face of a predatory carnivore- most familiarly, a tyrannosaur- and it tends to display this frill while emitting deep, carnivore-like rumbling in order to drive off smaller predators. Combined with the fact the frill eye-spots glow in the dark, this is extremely effective. It is an effect similar to the "intimidation roars" many creatures on the arks can do, but due to the intimidating display of Torosaurus, it can effect larger, more medium-sized creatures as well! This makes Torosaurus a viable, flexible mount for survivors who can obtain one.
-Omnivorous, but not like most other creatures. The meat and berry/veggie taming values on torosaurus are swapped! It prefers veggies and berries for taming, with Meat being overall ineffective for taming. However, it can still be fed meat to recover from injuries.
-Docile if approached.
-Can sit to recover health
-Left click head/horn attack. Good knockback and damage.
-Right click bite attack. harvests fiber, berries, corpses.
-C key back kick. Cant be used while moving. Inflicts knockback on targets, as well as decent damage.
-X key Intimidation display. Cannot be used while moving or running. Same effect as Intimidation (-25% attack and defense), but can be inflicted on targets up to 250 drag weight, scaring the target away and weakening them. After a time they will become temporarily immune to the debuff.
-Left control roar, for aesthetic.

#49. Lucanidae
-Spawning: Jungles, Swamps, Fertile Chamber, Luminous Marshlands, Bog Biome Forest (genesis), Sunken Forest
-Tameable: Tranq Tame (Unique)
To any insectiphobe out there, Lucanidae is probably nightmare fuel incarnate. It's a massive stag beetle larger than a rex! However, Lucanidae is actually a gentle giant. It prefers using its powerful jaws to crush trees to bits, eating the wood and bark for nutrients with the help of powerful bacteria in its stomach. On top of its sheer size and appearance being intimidating, Lucanidae also has one of the toughest carapaces in the ark network. Very few creatures can penetrate this armor, making it a creature best left avoided. If a creature does try to pick a fight with Lucanidae however, the beast is far from defenseless. Its jaws are incredibly powerful, crushing through armor and bone alike. Furthermore, if Lucanidae gets a good hold of it's opponent...it lives up to the reputation of its smaller brethren. With a shift of its weight, it suplexes the target over itself using its own strength and gravity, slamming the target head-first into the ground. This attack is atrociously devastating. While the attack may damage nearby creatures caught in the crossfire, the victim takes intense trauma from the impact, becoming stunned if they somehow survive. However, Lucanidae opens up itself to attack during this opportunity as well. Having flipped itself over, the beast's soft underbelly becomes vulnerable, making it take increased damage so long as it hasn't righted itself. As a powerful tank buster and wood harvester, Lucanidae, as rare as it is, is highly sought after. The problem is under most methods, Lucanidae is immune to torpidity. A clever survivor however discovered that this is not the case with lucanidae when it's flailing in recoil from a recent suplex. While extremely dangerous to whatever unfortunate soul is used to bait the lucanidae into a suplex, it does allow this massive beetle to be tamed. With patience and trial, one can tame this powerful insect and gain a massive advantage in combat, harvesting, and siege warfare.
-To tame a Lucanidae, you must bait a wild lucanidae to suplex a target. I'd personally recommend a stego (as when ai they are always in Hardened mode, taking half damage) with a good saddle and good health. Bait the stego into attacking the lucanidae once, then whistle passive (again, doesnt have to be a stego. I'd just recommend it due to the natural resistance). When the lucanidae flips the stego, immediately lay into Lucanidae with your most powerful tranquilizers. Lucanidae flees as AI when on low health or torpidity, so you need to inflict maximum torpor as possible before it gets back up! So long as you can knock it out before it starts fleeing, you'll be fine. I recommend only using Shocking Tranq Darts or Prime Darts with an ascendant rifle. You'll struggle either way and if the Lucanidae runs, you wont be able to tame it anymore.
-Lucanidae is a vegetarian that does not eat kibble or berries to tame. Instead, it eats Microbial Wood, an item that it makes itself. You can't make this item in the inventory of wild lucanidae. In terms of effectiveness from least to greatest, lucanidae prefers Microbial Wood, Microbial Fungal Wood/Microbial Cypress Wood, and then Microbial Redwood in that order. You can gain slight amounts of Microbial Wood from killing wild lucanidae sometime, but these wood will quickly spoil outside of a lucanidae's inventory back into normal wood. As such, you need to learn the Microbial Slurry engram. This engram makes a false "Microbial Slurry Wood" that tames Lucanidae with horrendous effectiveness. As such, you must tame a low level lucanidae first, rather than a high level one. Then, use the low level one to produce the food you need to tame your high level one.
-Only takes about 30% of incoming damage
-Immune to bleeding, sandstorms
-Takes increased damage from explosions and fire
-Inventory reduces the weight of Microbial Wood and Wood drastically. Microbial wood gets a massive preservation multiplier inside it.
-Doesnt eat berries or meat. Aside from Microbial wood, Lucanidae will eat Rare Flowers, Rare Mushrooms, Honey, and aberration mushrooms for food- BUT NOT TAMING.
-Lucanidae will automatically turn Wood into Microbial Wood in its inventory. However, once removed, microbial wood spoils back into normal wood. No wood harvest yield lost!
-Left click bite. Heavy base damage, but slow DPS. An edited theri damagetype, it harvests hide, corpses, wood, and berries while piercing armor. It also has a significant damage multiplier towards structures it can damage.
-Right click is the grab bite, cant be used while moving. The grab bite will have a bit of endlag if you miss, and has a 10 second cooldown.
-If you grab a target, Lucanidae will automatically perform its Suplex! This is an extremely devastating attack that costs a lot of stamina. The base damage of this attack is 325 damage. The Lucanidae can hit targets with its victim for this base damage if it suplexes onto enemies behind it. However, the actual grabbed victim takes a staggering 4.5x damage from this, leading to the target taking 1,463 base damage from a lvl 1 lucanidae! If the target somehow survives, it will be Stunned temporarily. However, this suplex puts Lucanidae into a Flailing state. When flailing, tamed lucanidae will rapidly loose stamina. However...whether tamed or wild, an upturned lucanidae will take a staggering 3.5x damage from all sources! Use this powerful attack wisely!

#50. Apatosaurus
-Spawning: Grassland, Sunken Forest, Bog
-Tameable: Tranq/Passive
Apatosaurus is a large sauropod, similar in size to the common Brontosaurus. While once considered the same genus, they are different in appearance on the arks. Apatosaurus is not as tall, weighs slightly less, and is much more agile. Compared to other sauropods, it is one of the fastest sauropods in body ratio. This helps it on both the aggressive and defensive sides. Comparatively, many survivors tame Apatosaurus in lieu of brontosaurus. While it cannot support a platform saddle, Apatosaurus is far more active in combat and utility, drawing the attention to those who usually turn sauropods a blind eye for their stationary and non-athletic abilities.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Neutral, will not attack unless provoked
-Left click bite, deals good damage, can be used while moving.
-Right click frontal stomp. 70 base damage with a stamina cost and end-lag, but has a high multiplier towards anything under 150 drag weight.
-C key: rear stomp. Low damage, stomps with a random back foot. This is good for targets behind you and deals relatively fast dps to them.
-X key: tail whip. A wide but slow attack with far knockback. Shift+X to swing your tail the opposite direction.
-Left control: Roar. For aesthetics.

#51. Phosphatodraco
-Spawning: Beaches, Canyon (SE), Oasis, Sanctuary City, Genesis Volcano Biome (X-Variant)
-Tameable: Tranq
Phosphatodraco is a medium-sized Azdharchid pterosaur related to Quetzalcoatlus. Like Quetzalcoatlus, Phosphatodraco is largely docile to humans, unless provoked. It spends its time soaring high on strong winds, searching for food and its namesake: Phosphate. For Phosphatodraco, the ARK's variant has evolved to incorporate salt into its biology. Using its hook-like bill, Phosphatodraco pecks at salt deposits and stores the salt inside its body. It is then capable of spraying this salt with considerable force in self-defense: blasting targets with salt from its nose. This generally pushes targets back, blinding them in the process. This makes phosphatodraco useful in self-defense. As a pterosaur, Phosphatodraco is fairly powerful among its kin thanks to its size and large, hooked bill. Its salt ability can help keep targets at bay, and its an adept and somewhat fast flier. While far from the king of the sky, it's a fairly useful pterosaur. Some survivors try to use the fact it can peck away at stone and hard mineral deposits to use Phosphatodraco as a flying ankylosaur: however, this pterosaur has adapted to only carry finely grained resources like Salt and Sulfur easily. They'll find the poor pterosaur has a hard time carrying heavier mineral resources than most other creatures!
-Immune to salt-based debuffs and sulfur burns
-In its inventory, salt and sulfur weigh only 15% of their natural weight in their inventory. However if you try to make them carry heavy mineral resources (Stone, Metal, Crystal, Obsidian, Scrap metal), they will weigh 2.25x more than usual!
-Left click bite. Decent damage and dps.
-Right click peck. Good dps, same damage as bite, ankylo damagetype. Use to harvest things like flint, sulfur, salt.
-C key (when you have ammo) to use your snort ability. This naturally deals no damage but give knockback to targets hit by the direct spray. Targets near you are inflicted with a debuff. It costs 5 ammo to use the attack, and you cant use the attack without 5 ammo in your inventory. For Normal Phosphatodraco, the ammo is Raw Salt. 5 raw salt to inflict knockback and the Salt Spray debuff. This impares the vision of enemies, like the Dilo spit. On X-Phosphatodraco, it uses Sulfur instead of Salt to shoot a weak torrent of flames at the target. These flames deal no damage, but instead deal knockback while inflicting an AoE debuff on enemies. The AoE debuff in this case is a similar Sulfur Burn debuff to the one on Extinction, dealing minor damage over time.
-Spacebar to fly

#52. Archaeoindris
-Spawning: Jungles, Sunken Forest, Gen2 Eden Jungle
-Tameable: Passive (Unique)
Archaeoindris is a massive lemur, native to the island's more tropical environments. Despite its size, this mammal is a gentle giant unless provoked. Like its other relative, Gigantopithecus, it will usually utilize their brute strength in self defense. However, these primates are smarter than most, and can be trained a unique trick in lieu of a similar animal: Chalicotherium. When tamed, Archaeoindris can be fitted with a smithy-type saddle that allows them to craft multiple things, but most importantly, their ammunition on the fly. Survivors have taught Archaeoindris to be able to throw three different types of projectile: Ballista Harpoons, Shot Put (Iron balls), and Chain Bolas. This makes Archaeoindris a unique mount for one who can acquire them, being a unique mix of utility and combat.
-To tame: Archaeoindris ONLY eats Honey-Glazed Strawberries. Wait for them to sit down in the wild, then run up to them and feed them.
-when equipped with a saddle, Archaeoindris gains a smithy-type inventory similar to Argentavis, but able to craft Shot Put, as well as having unique weight reduction multipliers towards its own ammo types.
-Omnivorous
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Turret mode, must enable special attacks.
-Monke
-Left click bite. harvests berries, corpses, fiber.
-Right click arm slam. Cant be done while moving. Good damage and knockback.
-C key taunt, for aesthetic.
-X to throw selected player ammotype
-Ballista: High damage and knockback towards creatures
-Chain bola: Low damage, good knockback. Snares.
-Shot Put: Meh damage, decent knockback. Deals increased damage towards structures, and can concussive tame creatures (Rock golem, titanosaur) effectively if aimed properly.
-Jar of Pitch: Same damage as Shot Put, but explodes leaving fire. Arguably your deadliest ammo type but for real, dont use it up close!!
-Left control to cycle ammo types
-Easter egg to play. 5% chance on any throw anim.

#53. Torvosaurus
-Spawning: Mountain, Badlands, Monster Island, Badlands, Wasteland (Hard), Luminous Marshlands, Genesis Volcano Biome, Gen2 Eden Mountains
-Tameable: Tranq
Torvosaurus venenatus is a large theropod, slightly larger than the ark's allosaurus and related to the much smaller Megalosaurus. While not the most bulky or powerful theropod for its size, Torvosaurus is just as feared as many others that are larger than it. Torvosaurus is a deadly creature capable of inflicting Venom with its toxic fangs, and is currently the largest known creature on the arks with this ability. Its jaws are strong, but the potent toxin is capable of inflicting even more drastically dangerous damage over time if it manages to get enough bites. Though some of this catastrophic damage can be negated by the target's defenses, it allows this powerful creature to get in damage that other creatures could not, seeping through even the toughest of a prey item's armor. For those who dont mind sacrificing some bulk, Torvosaurus proves a viable asset to any tribe's arsenal.
-Immune to venom
-Left click bite, deals good damage and inflicts High Tier Venom.
-Right click roar, for aesthetic.

#54. Psittacosaurus
-Spawning: Jungle, Gen2 Easy Grassland, Sunken Forest, Green Desert, Oasis.
-Tameable: Passive
Psittacosaurus is a small, somewhat friendly ceratopsian known for its hardy nature and odd appearance. While not a threat to survivors, Psittacosaurus can indeed be dangerous if hunted in the wrong manner. The quills of Psittacosaurus are coated in a venomous toxin, which protects the creature from attack. While this can make them feisty companions for protecting one's property, they can have their quills harvested and attached to arrows, forming powerful arrows that work well on the right sized targets: good for archers who prefer speed over charged shots.
-A small, simple shoulder companion.
-If attacked physically, "Taco" Returns roughly 5% of damage dealt to it back to the attacker, inflicting Low Tier Venom
-Can wear hats
-Produces Quills in its inventory. You can use the quills to make venom arrows!

#55. Gargoyleosaurus
-Spawning: Grasslands, Badlands, Desert Biodome, Sunken Forest, Grasslands Medium (Gen2), Volcano Biome (Gen1, Mountains Eden (Gen2)
-Tameable: Tranq
For an Ankylosaurian, Gargoyleosaurus is surprisingly quick and aggressive when provoked. This may be due to how this species's armor is distributed and how much lighter it is, but it plays into the creature's fighting style. Rather than bulky armor and a vicious clubbed tail, Gargoyleosaurus has lighter armor and a long tail with blade-like bone protrusions. This causes its tail to act in a similar manner as a chain whip, causing death by many cuts to its enemy. However, what makes Gargoyleosaurus terrifying is the fact that it is far more deadly to smaller targets. The blades of Gargoyleosaurus tear open a target deeper on each hit...until finally they cause massive blood loss in a surge of expelled blood. What's worse, is that the amount of hits needed to cause such damage varies drastically based on the size of the creature Goyle swings its tail against, as even a single strike from Gargoyleosaurus's tail is more than enough to easily kill a survivor in the most defensive flak, riot, or tek armors! When tamed, this ability to eviscerate a target and be rewarded with burst damage makes Gargoyleosaurus a unique tame that is powerful in the right situations, and easily overpowered in others. That bladed tail can also be utilized in the same manner as a natural chainsaw, tearing through structures and harvesting certain resources as needed!
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel.
-All tail attacks of Gargoyleosaurus have the same damage type and harvesting functionality
-Naturally armored, only taking 85% of incoming damage
-For taming, it only eats the following foods, in order from most effective to least: Crop Blend, Honey-Glazed Strawberry, Strawberry
-The tail attacks of Gargoyleosaurus inflict a new debuff, Blood Loss. Anything immune to bleeding is immune to this debuff. Here's how it works:
-When Gargoyleosaurus strikes with its tail, each hit counts towards 100% of buildup. The first hit is 0, the second is 1, 2, etc. That's what is so powerful about goyle. All his tail attacks hit multiple times with low damage. Blood Loss itself drains no health, but that's not the danger.

-Once 100% is reached, Goyle inflicts Blood Burst on the target. Blood Burst deals 500 physical damage instantly. This damage cannot be lowered in any way, even with the highest tier of armor. If Blood Burst is triggered, the counter resets.

-Currently, Blood Loss is 30 seconds long. For every 10 seconds you're inflicted with the buff, your counter goes down by 5. If the buff wears out, your timer is completely cleared.

-Anything Under a minimum drag weight of 100 will instantly proc Blood Loss in 3 hits, period. With the fact Goyle can deal 4 hits with its basic left click, that means Goyle is capable of one-shotting players regardless of armor, if their health is low enough.

-Anything above 550 Drag weight (Rex included and above) will only take 1% of buildup per hit, meaning a rex needs to be hit 100 times in order to inflict it with Blood Loss (not counting the -5% buildup per 10 seconds).

-If the target is more than 100 drag weight but less than 550, some math is done instead. 550 is divided by the target's drag weight, +1, for buildup per hit. So for a carno- whos drag weight is 250- the math is: (550/250)+1= 3.2% per hit.

-Left click is a directional tail whip. Done in place, it swings the tail in the direction you look. This inflicts Blood Loss and hits four times.
-Right click is a bite, which doesnt inflict blood loss, but can be done while moving.
-C key is a taunt for aesthetic
-X key when walking or stationary is a tail spin, striking many times around yourself in close proximity. Inflicts Blood Loss
-X key when running is the Sliding Tail Spin, which brings you forward a far distance as you spin and strike with your tail! Hits the most times out of all the attacks that inflicts Blood Loss.

#56. Epanterias
-Spawning: Grassland, Badlands, Eden Mountains (Genesis 2)
-Tameable: Tranq tame
Epanterias perfidus is a large relative of Allosaurus, slightly larger than it. Aside from its sleeker build, Epanterias is also a solo hunter, unlike its pack-hunting relative. Rather, Epanterias is one of the most clever, bloodthirsty, and frenzied predators seen on the ARK network. Using its impressive speed, it runs down prey and uses its powerful jaws to inflict severe bleeding, similar to other large predators like Fasolasuchus, but not to the degree one expects. This bleeding and gouging method ruptures the tendons of targets, slowing them down but not fully inhibiting movement. While this doesn't seem like much danger, Epanterias will then often try to chase down prey if it flees, or back off- despite its size, the large predator is fairly fragile for its size class. In the latter, it may attempt to get the prey to chase it. However, this is exactly what Epanterias wants. If the target performs any extensive physical activity- mostly running or flying- the wounds left by its jaws suddenly tear open, dealing massive amounts of damage so long as the target moves, on top of usual blood loss. While the standardized bleed damage can be mitigated through armor or resistance, this tearing and rupturing of musculature is internal, and as such cannot be reduced via armor or most other means! This makes Epanterias excellent at controlling the movement and positioning of targets. Conversely, it also makes Epanterias pair very well with either creatures that do knockback, or creatures like Yutyrannus, which can induce severe fear into the enemy. Yet if solo and its back is up against the wall, Epanterias has one last trick up it's sleeve I didn't expect itself capable of. If it needs a phenomenal boost of power to survive, Epanterias are capable of riling themselves up into an incredible furor, gouging themselves and ripping out massive amounts of flesh to cause a huge adrenaline spike. No other creature truly "Sacrifices" anything like this in nature, so it makes me wonder if the intelligence of Epanterias is on par with other creatures like the ARK's Troodon or Mantis species. Regardless, this sudden source of severe, inflicted trauma causes a massive spike in both damage output as well as movement speed for Epanterias, with them receiving a boost in both that is equivalent to the amount of self-harm they inflict upon themselves. After this adrenaline rush, their bodies begin to rush to recover from damage. That movement speed and strength bonus falls off immediately, and their hide weakens up immensely, causing them to take drastically increased damage for a short time, again, equal to the amount of harm they inflicted on themselves. However, during this weakened time, their body does seem to start rapidly healing somewhat comparatively to the amount of self-inflicted damage the Epanterias has done to itself. To anybody crazy enough to train Epanterias to push this "Flesh Sacrifice" ability to its limits, and live a fast-paced, tactical life on the edge of battle, Epanterias will not disappoint. It's definitely not an ideal mount for the most casual survivor.
-Cannot level movement speed
-Sit mechanic on the radial wheel.
-Flesh Sacrifice Mechanic: Epanterias deals 60 base damage to itself (multiplied by melee stat and buffs) to grant itself +60% Movement speed and +60% melee damage for 35 seconds. Afterwords, gain a Sacrifice Cooldown buff for 55 seconds that grants you -60% resistance. The damage Epanterias deals itself CANNOT BE MITIGATED OR LESSENED. Epanterias has a fortitude stat, which if you level up (+1 per level), grants a bonus to Flesh Sacrifice on a 1=1 level. If you have 30 fortitude, the base values of Flesh Sacrifice increase to 90: 90 base damage (xMeleeMultipliers) for +90% Melee and Movement Speed, followed by -90% resistance afterwords.
-Immune to bleeding
-Inflicts a unique type of bleed called Ruptured Bleed. Anything immune to bleed ignores this bleed. Target is slowed to 80% movement speed. Deals 30 base damage per second, the damage the target takes scales with your melee stat and is reduced via their armor and resistance multipliers. If the target runs or flies, the “Ruptured” effect of Ruptured Bleed activates, causing them to take 1.5 damage every 0.1 second. This also scales with melee, but also COMPLETELY IGNORES ANY DAMAGE REDUCTION VALUES, ALWAYS INFLICTING MAXIMUM DAMAGE EVEN THROUGH ASCENDANT ARMOR. This damage can be avoided simply by not running or flying way from an Epanterias, so if you accidentally toggle the Ruptured damage, you can stop it by ceasing “rapid” movement.
-Left click bite, deals mediocre damage.
-Right click roar, for aesthetics.
-C key to toggle Flesh Sacrifice, can only be done on land.
-Spacebar to jump.

#57. Deltadromeus
-Spawning: Beach, Desert Oasis, Desert Biodome Lower, Bog Biome Plains (X), Bog Biome Swamp Flats (X), Eden rivers (R)
-Tameable: Passive
Deltadromeus is an exceedingly large, strange dinosaur with a bizarre appearance that one might even call "Cursed", with odd proportions that include a long neck, small semibeaked head, large eyes, two-fingered arms, and more. Yet despite being potentially the first megatheropod new survivors find on beaches, they are actually in no threat from this docile omnivore unless provoked or attacked. Other smaller carnivores think quite the opposite of Deltadromeus, and steer clear of it whenever they can. This is because of Deltadromeus's nocturnal tendencies. At night, Deltadromeus' eyes glow, but far different compared to the glow of most creatures! While Megalosaurus or Troodon's eyes simply glow, Deltadromeus's eyes actually shine... with such intensity, they create a spotlight-like effect, lighting up an area in front of it. This sight can be quite disturbing for some- especially smaller creatures. Wild tamed creatures will run in fear at the mere sight of Deltadromeus, while tamed creatures still begin to become exceedingly distressed...meanwhile if they actually find themselves under the "spotlight" of a deltadromeus at night, they break into a full-blown panic! As such, these gentle giants make wonderful tames for survivors who can tame then, offering great traversal and protection against small creatures, but struggling against longer ones. however, these creatures do not respond to tranq taming and don't notice survivors trying to passive tame them...during the day. It appears that Deltadromeus at night seem to actually take notice of smaller creatures walking up to them in the night- probably curious why said creature isn't afraid of them and isn't being hostile. This is the prime opportunity for taming these creatures!
NOTE: Deltadromeus is supposed to have a mechanic where enemies falling under its spotlight at night (enemies under a certain drag weight) become terrified and run uncontrollably. I've been having a bit of trouble getting the code working but other than that, everything else about Delta works 100% perfectly fine. This feature just isn't implemented yet.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel, or via right control when mounted. if done while mounted, won't kick you off!
-Passive tame unlocked at lvl 25, but can only be tamed during the night.
-At night, Deltadromeus's eyes function similarly to spotlights. Any non-allied or same-tribe creature that gets within a radius of Deltadromeus will have its attack and defense lowered 10%. If its a wild creature it will begin to flee. If tamed, it will keep its composure.
-Left click is a bite. Deals mediocre damage and is an omnivore damagetype, harvesting berries, fiber, and corpses.
-Right click is a roar, for aesthetic.
-C key stomp. While it has better dps than the bite, cannot be used with insufficient stamina and can only be done on land, cannot be done while moving. If Delta stomps a target under 150 drag weight, it deals 2.25x damage to the target.
-Spacebar to jump. High stamina cost and cannot be spammed.

#58. Hadal Dragonfish
-Spawning: Abyssal Water (The Island)
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Within the darkness of the abyss, hiding in shadows, is a creature that has become master of shadows itself. Whereas most abyssal tyrants rule and hunt with sheer strength, this monster of a fish hunts with sheer patience, cunning, and sadistic tenacity. The Hadal Dragonfish, a strange deep-sea creature, is one of the most dangerous entities one can encounter in the ARK's abyssal sea. While visibility is already hard enough down there, Hadal takes it one step further by being able to completely camouflage itself similar to rock drake. When doing this, its long lure on the underside of its body will glow as it hangs motionlessly, luring in prey before this ravenous predator lunges from the abyss and gobbles them whole! For prey it cannot swallow, Hadal will attack using a powerful bite that inflicts a unique type of toxin, that slowly blinds its prey. The more blind Hadal's target is, the more damage Hadal deals to the poor victim, and the higher chance an attack from the victim may miss! While far from being as brute-force dangerous as many other abyssal creatures- Hadal itself being fairly fragile- its abilities make it just as dangerous as other abyssal creatures.
-Beware lights in the abyss! Hadal Dragonfish hovers not too far away from them. They remain motionless while invisible, but will wander from time to time to try and find new prey. Smaller creatures will be lured in by invisible hadals and swallowed whole- both wild and tamed! So long as you keep your own smaller creatures following you, they'll ignore the allure of the light. however, if you tell them to stop following you, they'll slowly be lured in!
-When tamed, Hadal Dragonfish can use camouflage just the same as a Rock Drake can, and when invisible, will lure targets to itself.
-Hadal's bite inflicts a brand new debuff, "Abyssal Darkness". This debuff stacks eight times, your screen slowly becoming blacker and blacker until at eight stacks, your entire screen is black. The more succumbed to the Abyssal Darkness you are, the more damage Hadal Dragonfish will due to the victim target, with a max +40% damage output towards a creature at max 8 stacks of blindness.
-As Abyssal Darkness stacks, Hadal Dragonfish will gain a chance to "evade" attacks from victims. The higher stacks, the more likely the victim's attack will "miss", preventing that attack from damaging Hadal Dragonfish!
-Left click is a bite, dealing decent damage and inflicting Abyssal Darkness.
-Right click is a grab, which can grab targets 150 drag weight and less.
-C key when you have a carried target will devour it, instantly killing it regardless of health, level, and armor, and destroying its inventory. Hadal Dragonfish will gain a potent HP regen buff upon consuming prey.
-Q key to toggle camouflage

#59. Eryops
-Spawning: Swamp, Genesis 2 Eden Rivers, Gen 1 Bog Biome Springs (X-Variant)
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Eryops is arguably the largest amphibian on the ARK Network, with a stocky body and a pair of extremely large jaws backed by powerful muscles. While not the fastest creature, its bite and jaw strength is incredible for its size. It utilizes this by burying into soft soil, then facing upwards and unhinging its jaws, before waiting patiently. In this state it hibernates, waiting for vibrations from any unfortunate creature that steps into its mouth. When prey does, Eryops immediately slams shut its jaws like an organic bear trap, and slowly gnawing on prey as they hold it in place. For both its strength and beartrap-like utility, Eryops is valued as a decent all-rounder amphibious mount. yet, when underground, they are highly resistant to narcotic poisons. A clever- or maybe sadistic- survivor found the fastest way to unearth an Eryops without draining it of its stamina or greatly wounding it is to throw a grenade into the poor, unsuspecting creature's mouth! After a moment of panic, the creature will explode to the surface, becoming vulnerable for taming. When tamed, while a good amphibious combat mount with good health, damage, and stamina; they can also be deployed as organic bear traps. If told to chew prey when grabbing, Eryops can work as effective landmines, similar to Purlovia. If told not to inflict damage, they make wonderful taming assistants, immobilizing creatures while their masters deliver narcotic tranqs.
-Eryops cannot be tranq tamed when underground in bear trap mode. Lob a grenade into its mouth to force it to the surface!
-Eryops will surface if it runs out of stamina, drops below 45% HP, or has a grenade thrown into its mouth.
-From the radial wheel, you can tell Eryops to dig into the ground so long as it is not on a structure. When in this state, it will grab targets that step onto it, if they're below a certain mass limit! (in between small bear traps and large)
-Eryops can be told via radial wheel to damage victims it grabs, or just hold them. Holding grab is less stamina costly than the normal damage grab!
-Can only breed underwater
-Immune to venom
-Left click bite, deals base 50 damage, no special effect.
-Right click roar, for aesthetic.

#60. Dilophovenatrix
-Spawning: Swamp, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber (Aberrant), Rockwell Garden Trench (R), Bog Biome Forest (X)
-Tameable: Tranq tame
Dilophovenatrix is a larger, more powerful relative of the minuscule beach pest most survivors know. living in deep, fetid undergrowth, it uses its exotic patterning and stealth hunting techniques to live up to its name- "Two-Crested Huntress"- with potent effect. Not also is it conniving and its fangs and teeth sharp, but Dilophovenatrix possess a potent venom that can induce temporary moments of illness and fatigue in targets. Dilophovenatix will bide its time before rushing in during these provided moments of opportunity, in an attempt to quickly take down its targets. For those that want something as a faster, more tactical alternative to a middle-tier carnivore, Dilophovenatrix will not disappoint, using venom and its tactics to defend itself and its rider against larger, more powerful creatures.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel to recover HP
-Immune to venoms
-Dilophovenatrix's bite attacks inflict the unique Huntress's Venom buff, which is classed as a Low Strength Venom in AC2. This buff does not stack, stacking only once and draining -2.5 HP per second, while the buff itself lasts 20 seconds. Every second, it deals 22 base damage (scales with the user's melee). Unlike similar-functioning bleeds in the mod, Dilophovenatrix's venom tick damage will partially ignore some of the target's armor. Every time the venom deals damage, it has a 10% chance to make the target sick, and inflict a short 6 second buff called Weakness. The Venom debuff can effect anything up to 750 drag weight.
-The Weakness buff is indicated by greenish bubbles around the target's head. This debuff reduces the target's movement speed by 25% and reduces its melee damage by 10% while active.
-If Dilophovenatrix attacks a target with any physical attack while the target is inflicted with Weakness, the physical attack's damage is increased by 50%
-If Dilophovenatrix kills a target that's inflicted with Weakness, it will gain a regeneration buff that increases its HP and stamina by +35 per second, while increasing movement speed by 25%
-Left click bite. Carno levels of damage, with minor armor pierce. Inflicts Huntress's Venom
-Right click claw attack. Low damage, hits twice, but has manta levels of armor pierce. Can't be used with insufficient stamina.
-C key tailspin. Cant be used with insufficient stam. Mediocre knockback in a short radius around itself.
-X key Snapping bite. Good for hitting targets behind you, cannot be used with insufficient stamina. Inflicts Huntress' venom.
-Left ctrl roar, for aesthetic
-spacebar to jump.

#61. Sinotyrannus
-Spawing: Jungle, Sunken Forest, Gen2 Bog Biome Forest, Gen2 Eden Forest, Gen2 Eden Jungles
-Tameable: Tranq
One of the largest and more uncommon predators of Jungles, Sinotyrannus is a dangerous ambush predator. While exotic in appearance, this deadly predator is a cunning stealth hunter, utilizing venomous barbs along its tail. While the tail can be swung at targets in a similar manner as Chungkingosaurus, Sinotyrannus can also fling its spines at targets in a manner to Thorny Dragon for precise injections at a distance of its unique, potent venom. While this can be highly accurate, sometimes the Predator can pull out a more lethal method of defense. When threatened or outnumbered, Sinotyrannus can slam its tail on the ground to unleash an incredible flurry of spines to cover a wide area, invenomating many targets at once and inflicting great damage in the process. Due to this, Sinotyrannus makes a valuable ranged mount, but its ammo is limited, similar to Amargasaurus. If it does not have the spines it needs to continue flinging its thorns at its targets, it wont be able to utilize its venom effectively.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Immune to venoms
-Unique venom: Sinotyrannus venom. Inflicts targets up to 1000 drag weight. Does not inflict any physical tick damage, instead draining HP per second, similar to rabies.-5 Units of HP per second, lasting 30 seconds. It stacks to 5 stacks. it can even kill through invincibility states (like summoner's shield)
-Inventory of Sinotyrannus produces Sinotyrannus Spikes. Produces 1 every 10 seconds, until it has a max of 500.
-Left click bite. Decent damage.
-Right click claw slash. Hits twice, deals good knockback and can hit under itself.
-C key tailspin. Hits around itself once with good knockback and inflicts a single hit of venom.
-X key thorn shot. Shoots five thorns at an aimed target. Costs 5 thorns, and cannot be used with any less. Has a stamina cost and cooldown. Cannot be used with insufficient stam
-Alt+X Thorny Flurry. Shoots around 30+ thorns in a single direction. This cannot be aimed, only being shot in the direction Sinotyrannus is looking. Costs 30 thorns, cannot be used with less. Has a stamina cost and cooldown. Cannot be used with insufficient stam
-Left control: Aesthetic roar.

#61. Vallibonaventrix
-Spawning: Gen2 S.U.M.P, Beach, Ocean, Genesis Ocean Biome Shallows
-Tameable: Tranq
A mid-sized ocean-faring spinosaur, Vallibonaventrix doesn't seem too different from most generic theropods. However, this is the contrary. Vallibonaventrix is an ocean specialist, incorporating various adaptations of its prey into its own biology. By consuming Bio Toxin, it can temporarily generate powerful electrical discharges in offense and defense, becoming volatile to the touch. With Ammonite Bile, it can lure prey towards itself. Saving Basilosaurus Blubber, it can use it in a pinch to recover large amounts of health and satiation. Even using Angler Gel, it can ignite the substance to create a strange "Flame" capable of not just burning most fire-immune creatures, but also being able to be used underwater! Aside from these aspects, survivors tame them due to this wide arsenal giving the mount and its owner many options for both traversal, combat, and utility. Clever survivors have even been able to incorporate another resource of the sea: the teeth of slain megalodons. These are used to create powerful gauntlets and jaw-muzzles for the Valli, further increasing their strength!
-Reduces the weight of, and preserves, megalodon teeth, angler gel, bio-toxin, basilosaurus blubber, and ammonite bile within its inventory
-Immune to electrocution buffs.
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Within its inventory, you can craft Valli Gauntlets and Valli Muzzle. These are disposable, repairable equipment that can break as Vallibonaventrix takes damage. When wearing these, Valli gains access to new attacks on left and right click.
-Left click (No muzzle): bite. Deals mediocre damage.
-Left click (Muzzle): Savage Bite. Raises the damage of the bite attack, while also providing a piercing effect to go through enemy armor.
-Right click (No Gauntlets): Claw attack. Mediocre damage, no additional effects.
-Right click (Gauntlets): Heavy Claw Attack. Raises the damage of the claw attack, and claw attack hits twice when swimming. Inflicts Rend, lowering the defense of the target with more stacks of the buff.
-C key: Electroshock charge. Can be done on land or while swimming. Utilize 500 Biotoxin to deliver a powerful close-range aoe that hits six times for base 45 damage, Lightning wyvern's breath damagetype. Afterwards, you grant yourself the Charge Armor buff for 5 minutes. The AoE can't be used again while Charge Armor is active. While Charge Armor is active, Vallibonaventrix will return 30% of melee damage inflicted on it back to the attacker, of lightning wyvern's breath damagetype. While Charge Armor is also active, Vallibonaventrix will take 50% of damage from electrical damagetypes like eels, jellyfish, and Pyria Lightning Mana damage. It will take 25% of damage from lightning wyvern breath damagetypes.
-X key: Gel Breath. Utilize 50 angler gel to breathe a unique "flame" that deals an on-fire debuff which scales according to Valli's melee stat, alternating between minim damage and maximum damage it can deal, per tick. Due to being caused by igniting the unique Angler Gel resource, Valli's "Fire" works underwater, even igniting creatures underwater! Even creatures like Fire Wyvern and Phoenix burn from Valli's flame!
-Alt+X key: Bile Coating. Utilize 50 Ammonite Bile to give yourself the Ammonite Pheromone attraction buff, aggroing all nearby creatures to you.
-Left Ctrl: Snacc Attacc. Utilize 1 Basilosaurus Blubber for a potent heal. 75 HP per sec, 15 stamina per sec, 45 food per sec over 20 seconds.
-Spacebar (Not in Charge Armor Mode), swimming: Dart. Rush forwards to deal 50 damage.
-Spacebar (In charge armor mode), swimming: Levin Charge. Rush forwards while dealing 50 damage, while also coating yourself in an electric AoE to deal rapid electrical damage to everything you pass. Costs 500 biotoxin.
-Right ctrl: Aesthetic roar.

#62. Cedarosaurus
-Spawning: Redwoods, Sunken Forest, Bog Forest (X), Bog Plains (X), Eden Forests, Eden Jungles
-Tameable: Tranq
The Cedarosaurus is a medium-sized sauropod often found in well-forested regions. Despite being on the smaller end of the sauropod size scale, Cedarosaurus is one of the island's most tamed sauropods due to how well-rounded it is. For a sauropod, Cedarosaurus is very fast for its size and can maintain that speed for considerable amounts of time. While being a large and bulky critter, Cedarosaurus is not stuck to simply using its weight to defend itself in place. Able to swing its neck while moving, Cedarosaurus is perfect for both offense and defense, if a survivor doesnt mind the mediocre speed. On the more passive side, it also has impressive harvesting and carry potential: making it great when resources need to be gathered as well. All of these combined make Cedarosaurus one of the most tamed and used sauropods on the island!
-Can turn in place
-Reduces weight of various resource in its inventory (wood, metal, stone), equal to Rajasaurus
-Left click head sweep. Wide AoE and can be done while moving.
-Right click foot stomp. Cannot be done while moving, but hits twice with fair damage.
-C key rearing kick-stomp. Cedarosaurus will rear up then do a combo of a front leg kick into a stomp. Cannot be done while moving. This has high knockback and can damage stone structures, but cannot be done with insufficient stamina. Harvests wood, stone, berries.
-X key Bellow, for aesthetic.

#63. Tyrannotitan
-Spawning: Grasslands, Wastelands Mid, Wastelands Hard, Eden Grasslands, Rockwell Garden Mountains (R-Variant)
-Tameable: Tranq
Tyrannotitan is a smaller relative of Giganotaurus also hailing from South America. Among dinosaurs, this is one of the least changed both in appearance and behavior. Tyrannotitan is a hunter of giants, dealing more powerful, lasting wounds on larger, heavier targets. For true BIG game hunters, Tyrannotitan is a must-have. When up against other targets, it fairs well as a decent counterpart to Tyrannosaurus, like its cousin Carcharodontosaurus.
-can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Left click bite. Base 50 damage. Deals increased damage to targets with higher drag weight than itself, with a maximum multiplier of 2.5x
-Right click roar, for aesthetic.

#64. Squalicorax
-Spawning: Freshwater, Brackish water, Genesis 2 Eden Freshwater
-Tameable: Passive
It's always something one never expects to happen until it does, a shark attack in fresh water. While Bull Sharks were the usual culprit back home, something else here- something more aggressive- is the responsible fiend on the Arks. Squalicorax is a small-sized shark prone to patrolling the freshwater river systems of the ark. Adults of the species vary wildly in size, similar to coelocanth and salmon, but make no mistake: they are all far more aggressive than even modern bull sharks, which they share much of the same ecology with. Excluding this, however, is their formidable gang tendencies, schooling in small-to-mid sized groups like certain other predatory fish, such as piranhas. While perhaps it started as a method of defense against predators, it causes these sharks to be extremely potent predators. They are aggressive, hounding in on prey from a distance and sinking their teeth into the victim to cause excruciating bleeding. When feasting, they become revitalized, ready to join the hunt again. While unable to be ridden, both sport fishermen and survivors alike value this shark for its aggressive pack-hunting tendencies. While sport fishermen enjoy its intense fight on the line, survivors find they make extremely efficient oceanic pack hunters, tearing through much larger targets, which makes them good aquatic guard dogs as well. Valued among both groups though are the rare, elder individuals, with sizes equal to - and even exceeding- the largest great whites of our modern era! If one's crazy enough to tame them, they won't be disappointed...
-To tame: Simply feed them while they're trying to rip you to pieces. There's no way to calm them down during the process!
-Gang bonus of up to +6 (7 total) for an impressive +33% resistance and +120% damage
-Can be fished, loot rates similar to salmon
-Size/scaling does affect Squalicorax stats. Specifically, health. (Aka a 0.5 has less health than a 1.0).
-Can toggle Savage Nature in the option wheel/default. By default, this is disabled, and the state they are in saves between games, cryopods, server restarts, etc. If Savage Nature is enabled, Squalicorax will immediately begin targeting any wild carnivores in its body of water, so long as it is not set on passive or passive flee. Spare players, herbivores, and other non-hostile targets while keeping your pond or base free of threats!
-Attacks using a bite of base 25 damage. Inflicts SharkBite bleed. This bleed stacks once, and deals 5 damage per sec that scales with melee. However it also drains a flat -2 stam per sec and -5 HP per sec, killing through armor. Buff lasts 10 seconds. If it harvests a corpse with this attack, gains an HP regen buff of +35 HP per sec and +15 stam per sec for a time.

#65. Ouranosaurus
-Spawning: Green Desert, Extinction Desert Biodome Lower, Oasis
-Tameable: Tranq or Passive
Living within arid regions of arks, Ouranosaurus is a common desert herbivore that fulfills much the same niche as its relative, Iguanodon. Like Morellatops, however, it is far more adapted to desert climates than most other critters. Whereas Morellatops stores water in its hump, Ouranosaurus possesses a thick, muscular sail that helps it store fat reserves and regulate its body temperature. Said fat reserves are often able to come in handy for a quick getaway, or for quickly traveling the ark.
-Immune to sandstorms
-can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Left click headbutt. Cannot be used while moving, decent knockback.
-Right click stomp. cannot be used while moving, better damage, has a stamina cost and cannot be used with insufficient stam.
-C key taunt, for aesthetics.
-X Key fat reserves. Toggle on or off Ourano's fat reserves for a potent boost of +35 stamina per sec- granting you effectively infinite stam- while increasing overall movement speed by 35%. However, rapidly drains Ouranosaurus's food in the process.

#66. Ogre Darner
-Spawning: Jungles, Sunken Forest, Gen1 Bog Biome, Green Desert, Gen2 Eden Forests, Gen2 Eden Jungles, Gen2 Rockwell Trench Forest.
-Tameable: Passive
A massive dragonfly-like creature which apparently has ancestry with Tarantula Hawks. Despite its extremely intimidating appearance, one has nothing to worry about with this animal unless provoked. It primarily eats nectar and flowers, and preys upon other arthropods. So much so, usual insectivores like Megatherium are not bothered by them. When tamed by survivors, Ogre Darners are extremely versatile, lightweight mounts with a high amount of flexibility and adaptability. A real tactician's mount and a great addition to any survivor's arsenal.
-Deals 1.5x damage to insects
-Takes only 50% damage from insects
-Ogre Darner itself does not count as an "insect"
-2x harvest multiplier for chitin
-Immune to torpidity
-takes increased damage from fire, projectiles, and explosions
-Gains "Insect Killer" upon killing bugs, but gains no additional resistance. Only a 2x damage multiplier.
-Ogre Darner can move in all directions (back, left, right) at the same speed as walking or running, especially in flight.
-Left click: Claw Attack. simple two-hit attack of base 25 damage and no special damagetype. Ogre Darner can use its attacks held, like Mantis, allowing it to dish out high damage in a relatively low amount of time.
-Right Click: Grab. A weak grab that damages the target, and runs a few checks. If the character is an "insect", it runs to the next phase: is the target's HP above 50% or not? If it isn't, rapidly bite them 4 times for 15 base damage, before throwing them forward and slowing them with the Trike Stun debuff. Every time you bite, give yourself a stacking (up to 4x) buff of 15 HP per sec and 5 food per sec over 20 seconds each!. If the target is indeed under 50% HP, instantly one-hit kill them and grant yourself a potent buff of +50 Stamina Per Sec for 30 Seconds, effectively allowing near-infinite stamina for a time!
-C key taunt, for aesthetic
-A+Spacebar will dodge left, and D+Spacebar will dodge right, at a very high stamina cost with a long cooldown. This dodge has no I-frames and can fail if you're moving diagonally. Suddenly dodge to the left or right to evade attacks or flank your target! Ogre Darner can also naturally just fly horizontally and reverse, at full speed as flying forward!
-Spacebar toggles flight.

#67. Xuanhanosaurus
-Spawning: Mountains, Badlands, SE Canyons, Genesis 1 Tundra Forests (X), Gen 2 Eden Mountains, Desert Biodome Upper, Sunken Forest, Fertile Chamber (Aberrant)
-Tameable: Tranq
Xuanhanosaurus is a mid-sized Allosauroid predator from china, and on the ARKs, it seems fairly standard and unassuming of a predator. However, this creature, for its size, has some of the strongest limbs of any theropod, granting it surprising strength. It's fast, and its arms pack a surprising punch with their thick claws when used as weapons. Yet Xuanhanosaurus's biggest advantage is its ability to "climb" up certain surfaces. More accurately, this theropod can "parkour", using its arms and legs to propel itself up vertical surfaces! Tamed, Xuanhanosaurus makes the perfect mid-tier jack of all trades, able to help in combat, traversal, and more!
-Can be told to sit via option wheel
-Immune to fall damage
-Whenever falling, Xuanhanosaurus will go into "Seeking" state. It will deactivate its own IK and begin to rotate in-place midair, allowing you to change the direction you're facing.
-Left click bite. Deals decent damage.
-Right click claw slash. Hits twice, your main source of damage. has a stamina cost. Cannot be used with insufficient stamina.
-C key is a bucking kick. Deals high damage and high torpor, as well as high knockback with a slowing stun. Cannot be used with insufficient stamina, can only be used on land, and has a high cooldown.
-Left ctrl roar, for aesthetic.
-Spacebar to jump. Cannot jump with insufficient stam.
-Spacebar when falling and facing a valid surface to parkour. Xuanhanosaurus will launch itself upwards a set distance at a cost of stamina. Cannot use with insufficient stamina. An idea of where you want to make sure you have a "valid surface" is right in front of (and a little underneath) xuan's chest. The base of the neck/top of sternum is also a good place to make sure you've got nearby terrain and surfaces. Xuan can also "parkour" out of water sometimes if you're swimming at the surface and approach a valid surface for parkouring.

#68. Tarchia
-Spawning: Mountains, Badlands, Extinction Wasteland, Extinction Desert biodome upper, gen1 volcano, Eden Mountains (R)
-Tameable: Passive (unique)
An aggressive herbivore, Tarchia is one of the island's most durable ankylosaurs, possessing a bulky body and plenty of armor. It's one of the faster ankylosaurs, moving at a good pace, but most alarmingly it can loosen up its muscles and body armor to become even faster, but at a cost of attack power and defensive capability. Resistant to narcotics, survivors have found the best way to tame Tarchia is... by bullying them. Once their ego is crushed, they can be tamed by hand-feeding. Tamed, Tarchia can provide a wide variety of uses, such as harvesting, besieging, or being a generally potent combat mount!
-Tarchia comes in two States, Active Mode and Bastion Mode. By default, all Tarchia are in Bastion mode.
-When in bastion mode, Tarchia looses a staggering 40% movement speed. However, it gains several benefits. When in Bastion Mode, Tarchia gains an additional 25% resistance. As this is buff resistance and not natural armor, it isn't bypassed by certain damagetypes like Giga or Rock Elemental. Tarchia's attacks are also full-body, stationary variations in this state that deal far more damage.
-When in active mode, Tarchia's speed penalty is negated, but it looses its additional resistance and its attacks become additive, dealing less damage
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel
-Tarchia reduces the weight of most heavy and mineral resources in their inventory a significant amount
-Tarchia is immune to sandstorms, bleeding, stunning/electrocution, and Broken Bones (including PB's)
-Left click is a headbutt attack. In Bastion Mode, this attack cannot be done while moving, but deals more damage and more knockback. In Active mode, its damage and knockback is lessened, but can be done while moving.
-Right click is a tail attack that swings the direction you look. In Bastion Mode, this is Tarchia's strongest attack and deals the same type of damage as magmasaur and dunkle. This means it destroys up to stone structures and harvests wood, stone, and metal. It also has the bonus feature of inflicting a dangerous Broken Bones debuff on anything it hits. Broken Bones is a debuff that is extremely potent, but only has a 10% chance on impact to apply. By default, Broken Bones lasts 60 seconds and drops target speed to half, while making them also take 15% more damage during the duration. What's more crucial however is the buff becomes more devastating the smaller the target. Divide your Tarchia's drag weight by the victim's drag weight (500/A=B). This result is the multiplier that is applied to the buff's default length of time, with smaller targets having their bones broken for longer. When in Active mode, this attack deals less damage and less knockback, also mostly hitting behind the Tarchia. It no longer inflicts Broken Bones, and the damagetype changes from Magmasaur to Ankylosaurus, meaning it can gather crystal, flint, gems, etc.
-C key is a roar, for aesthetics.
-TAMING: Any time a wild Tarchia takes explosive damage, they have an 80% chance to flip over onto their back- don't worry too much about killing them, as Tarchia only takes 25% explosive damage (not counting natural herbivore explosive res). As soon as it flips over, run over and start beating it with a wooden club! damage of club/quality/etc does NOT effect chances or taming. Any time Tarchia takes damage from a wooden club when flipped over, there's a 5% chance for it to become depressed, indicated by a blue glow around its head. Once depressed, Tarchia is no longer aggressive and can be passive tamed. It will become angry again after a time, so stay alert! Be wary, however, as tarchia won't attack ANYTHING while depressed- even if it's attacked by a predator- so make sure to defend your tame!

#69. Diabloceratops
-Spawning: Mountains, Monster Island, Scorched Mountains, Extinction Wasteland (all), Desert Biodome upper, Rockwell's Garden Mountains (X), Gen1 Volcano Biome.
-Tameable: Tranq Tame
Diabloceratops is an exceedingly angry ceratopsian. Despite being known by such affectionate nicknames as "Dibble" and "Potato", these territorial ceratopsians are quick to fly into a violent rage when provoked, which usually happens through extensive damage in combat. Once provoked to wrath, its speed and damage spike, while its resistance also increases. Most interestingly, however, is Diabloceratops's response to heat and fire. When in contact with sulfur or flame, Diabloceratops - who already has immense fire resistance- has a spike in general resistance, endurance, and an increased healing factor. This is potent enough that it can turn being set on fire into a boon. Combined with Diabloceratops' anger, this makes Diabloceratops an extremely potent adversary to any fire-wielding foes a survivor may face!
-Territorial, beware approaching
-Builds rage similar to Giganotosaurus, from taking damage. Once enraged, Diabloceratops for a time gains +15% resistance, +50% melee, and +25% movement speed. You are not dismounted when it rages.
-If Diabloceratops takes damage from fire or sulfuric sources (it already has extreme resistance towards these), it will gain "Flame Response". Flame Response increases Diabloceratops's resistance by 25%, -50 torpor per sec, +15 stamina per sec, and +45 HP per sec for 10 seconds. When in Flame Response, it also reflects physical damage back to the attacker, setting them on fire if applicable.
-Has compatibility with Good Foods, Good Items and Pyria: Mythos Evolved. Certain crops provided by those mods add bonus taming affinity!
-Left click headbutt. Omnivore damagetype, harvesting berries and corpses. Great dps.
-Right click stomp attack, cannot be done while moving, good for clearing ground around you.
-C key taunt for aesthetic.

#70. Horned Nurse Shark
-Spawning: Oceans, Gen1 Ocean Shallows (X)
-Tameable: Passive
The Horned Nurse shark is an evolved descendant of the equally placid modern species. It is not a threat to survivors unless provoked, preferring to munch on shellfish and ammonites. If tamed, the Nurse Sharks are capable of living up to their name as aquatic healers, secreting pheromones that induce recovery in allies and itself
-Docile unless provoked
-May occasionally attack trilobites and the like when wild.
-An "underwater Flier". Press spacebar to take off, but mind your stamina. X key to land!
-Reduces the weight of silica pearls and black pearls in inventory to 30%
-Has a 3x harvest multiplier to silica and black pearls
-Left click bite. Weak, but harvests silica pearls.
-Right click heal pulse. Does an instant AoE to allies that heals them (and then itself) by 15 stam per sec and 75 HP per sec for a time. Costs a large amount of stamina and cannot be used with insufficient stam.
-Spacebar to take off from the seafloor.
-X when free-swimming to land.

#71. Aerosteon
- Spawning: Redwoods, Jungle, Badlands (SE), Eden Jungle (Gen2), Eden Hard Jungle (Gen2), Eden Forest (Gen2), Eden Hard Forest (Gen2), Sunken Forest (Extinction), Gen1 Bog Forests
-Tameable: KO
One of the largest species of Megaraptoran, Aerosteon is a dangerous predator with sharp claws that it uses to flay into prey, causing profuse bleeding and ignoring many types of armor. Aerosteon almost seems to enjoy making its prey bleed a little too much, and as such, seems to become further and further excited. The entire creature is rather exciteable: despite its size, it is capable of doing backflips and will often do as such when in combat to dodge around attacks, as the creature itself is surprisingly lite for its build. As such, Aerosteon tends to inhabit areas with plenty of cover, allowing it to suddenly burst from the foliage into a bloodbath of its own design. While extended conflict will allow Aerosteon to refresh itself, it comes into its own during the night. When its bloodlust-driven excitement reaches a fever pitch during the night, it almost seems to go mad with excitement and bloodlust, turning into a frenzied attacker practically unparalleled. Many attempt to tame Aerosteon due to this, but find the creature uncapable and lacking compared to other large theropods on its own. Only with a skilled rider can Aerosteon truly enter its most murderous state, becoming a fast, agile, tactical predator capable of flaying even the deadliest of targets.
-Can be told to sit via the radial wheel.
-Immune to bleeding
-Cannot utilize most of its mechanics as AI: only when ridden by the player.
-Left click: Bite. Base 35 damage. When biting a bleeding target, grants itself Feeding Regeneration (+3.5 HP, +5 Stamina, -5 Torpor per sec over 12 seconds). When under Bloodlust, this changes to Frenzied Feasting Regeneration (+45 HP, +15 Stamina, -50 Torpor per sec over 12 seconds).
-Right Click: Claw Attack. Base 48 damage twice in two rapid strikes, with the armor piercing effectiveness of Manta and Therizinosaurus. Costs 25 stamina per use and cannot be used with insufficient stamina. This inflicts a tick-based bleed, dealing 15 base damage x Melee stat (ignoring buffs and to a max damage amount) and partially ignoring saddle armor. Landing this attack on bleeding targets slowly builds up Bloodlust.
-C Key: Aesthetic Roar.
-Spacebar: Jump. 100 stamina cost.
-S+Spacebar: Evasive Maneuver. Base 35 damage, 100 stamina to use and cannot be used with insufficient stam. 5 second cooldown. Dodge backwards, gaining distance and striking with your tail, before leaping back forward. If timed right, during a parry window, you will take zero damage from physical attacks, and instead be granted a buff for your appropriately-timed attack. This is the Successful Dodge buff (+45 Stam -100 torpor per sec over 4 sec), allowing you to effectively recover the stamina cost (and then some) of your dodge if timed appropriately.
-Left Control: Redeem Meter. Once at 100% (Indicated by a buff), press this key to redeem your meter. If during the daytime, remove your buff and taunt the opponent, granting yourself the Refresh buff (+45 HP, +15 Stamina, -50 Torpor per sec over 120 seconds). If during the night, properly grant yourself Bloodlust and enter a frenzy (+75% damage, -20% incoming damage, +20% speed, +45 stam per sec, -500 torpor per sec for 240 sec). Bloodlust will grant new abilities when activated! Upon entering Bloodlust, deliver a knockback shockwave to push nearby targets away from you!
-S+Spacebar (Bloodlust): Savage Evasive Strike. Base 90 damage, 100 stamina to use and cannot be used with insufficient stam. 5 second cooldown, same effects as standard claw attacks. Almost the same animation with the same effects: dodge backwards and try to time an enemy melee hit at the right time; but do a dashing attack forwards afterwards. This attack helps gain Bloodlust on successful hit. If you time your dodge correctly, gain the Successful Counterattack Buff (+75 stamina per sec, -100 torpor per sec for approx 2.5 seconds. Increases damage output of counterattack by 50%!).
-X (Bloodlust): Impaling Stab. A quick stab forward, base 50 damage with no buffs. 60 second cooldown, 125 stamina cost and cannot be used with insufficient stamina. Completely ignores the armor value of the target. Helps build Bloodlust.
-Shift+X (Bloodlust): Wild Strikes. Base 150 stamina, 70 sec cooldown, base 115 damage per strike. Deliver a frenzied roar, pushing targets away, before delivering a series of four strikes while moving forward. Ignores armor the same as normal claw attacks and inflicts Gouge with each hit, stacking up to 4 times (-4.5 HP per sec over 60 seconds). Provided you hit every single strike on the same target, you will drain their HP by about 1,080 units, ignoring all armor and resistance. Aerosteon's claw attack and savage strike, if they hit a Gouged target, have a chance to inflict Rend, further weakening target defense. Gouged counts as a "bleed" type buff.

#72. Magnapaulia
-Spawning: Redwoods, Grassland, Gen2 Grassland, Gen2 Forests, Gen2 Hard Forests, Gen1 Volcano (X-Variant), Sunken Forest (Extinction)
-Tameable: Unique Passive
Among the many types of powerful or dangerous herbivores on the island, the common person may not expect a Hadrosaur to be one of them. Yet Magnapaulia demonstrates the true threat of the colossal hadrosaurs that were its ancestors, and then some! Magnapaulia is an untrusting and violent herbivore that often attacks other carnivores on sight, both out of aggression and a similar desire to hunt for sport like Amargasaurus. Similarly to Amargasaurs, Magnapaulia are very aggressive towards survivors and their carnivorous mounts, charging them from a distance. Herbivorous mounts can get closer, but will still be attacked when too close. When in combat, Magnapaulia prefers to unleash a series of quick jabs into the target, building up momentum and a desire for battle. When that reaches a fever pitch, it unleashes that energy in a potent booming roar, rallying itself and nearby allies considerably, and increasing their health regeneration! As such, Magnapaulia is sought after for many warbands and armies alike, but the creature refuses knockout taming and passive taming. Some survivors, however, have found a way to "prove" themselves to Magnapaulia by defeating it in combat with a choice non-carnivorous mount, and gaining a potent vanguard of a tame to assist their endeavors!
-Can be told to sit via radial wheel.
-Immune to knockback
-Ignores 5% of incoming damage
-Taming is complex. You must first make the "A worthy Challenge" consumable item, costing any 3 artifacts. Once you have this buff, put it in the inventory of the mount you wish to use for the taming process. NOTE: The buff WILL NOT WORK on Carnivores, players or fliers: only herbivores and omnivores. With this buff on your creature, approach a magnapaulia. Once you enter its aggression radius, it'll gain a buff (indicated by rage clouds around its head) notifying you your challenge has been accepted and your mount is now a valid target. DO NOT DISMOUNT, doing as such will prevent your creature from being considered a "Valid Target". When in this "Challenged" State, Magnapaulia will deal 3.5x normal damage and only take 1-5% incoming damage from any source that is not a challenger. Challengers will deal 75% their usual damage to Magnapaulia. Drop the Magnapaulia to 25% HP to land a knockout blow. Once it's KO, protect the Magnapaulia for 300 seconds - it will grant itself a buff similar to ammonite pheromones on KO to lure nearby carnivores! Once 300 seconds are over, Magnapaulia will wake back up. Be sure to be within 2,500 units of Magnapaulia when it gets up - you, your allies, and your mounts will gain a buff that makes Magnapaulia neutral to you. Once the Magnapaulia stands back up, it can be passive tamed normally, and will accept food frequently from you. After getting back up, Magnapaulia will regen 2.5HP per sec and take 25% less damage as it heals, and will heal itself with its roar from time to time if its health is below 95% HP.
-Left Click: Bite. Basic herbivore damagetype, base 35 damage. Not too impressive.
-Right click: Hipcheck. This powerful attack has base 80 damage, 100 stamina cost and a 15 sec cooldown (deactivated in the video). While this attack also deals knockback, its main function is a rewarding parry-like counterattack ability. Time taking physical damage during the actual "shove" of the animation (When it shoves forward to when it stops from the lunge) to activate a successful parry/counter. Upon being damaged in that window, take zero damage for your efforts. The damage you would have taken is split in half, then multiplied by your own melee stat (ignoring buffs) before being re-applied to the target in the initial damagetype. (IE: You parry an attack that would have done 200 base damage and applied bleed. You take 0 damage on a successful parry. The resulting Formula would be 100 x {Melee Stat} = Parry Damage, which would inflict the attacker with bleed.)
-C Key: Aesthetic Roar.
-Spacebar: Counting Coop. Hold Spacebar to enter a jabbing state, each jab deals 58 base damage. While jabbing, you cannot run, and your stamina is steadily drained. You can keep jabbing without stamina, but you cannot start jabbing without insufficient stamina. Let go of spacebar to stop jabbing, which will prompt a roughly 2.5 second cooldown before you can begin jabbing again. This is generic large carnivore damagetype, allowing Magnapaulia to harvest corpses. Each jab also does decent knockback. Each jab builds up its meter by 0.02 per valid hit on a live target. Build up your meter to full using this attack. Meter drains by 0.05 per 10 seconds without a valid hit, unless at full.
-Left Ctrl Key: Healing Boon Roar. Once your meter is full, press Left Ctrl (or Alt Fire) to reset the meter and activate a buffing roar at a cost of 100 stamina. The attack itself has no cooldown, so prioritizing building up your meter as fast as possible to continue your buff's uptime. Upon activating the roar, deal knockback damage to nearby foes, pushing them away while applying a buff to allies (and allied tribes) within 6,150 units of yourself (roughly a Yuty's effect range, but in every direction). This buff recovers 16% of max HP of the target (to a maximum of 10,000 HP healed per application), while also recovering Stamina by 50 per sec and draining torpor by 100 per sec, over a period of 40 sec.

that's not armor.

That's a damage multiplier.

When Nameless is under charge, it is only set to take X amount of incoming damage.

That's not a form of damage, but rather, a multiplier. Being under charge removes said modifier

I'm not shad but i have some things to say here:
1: Jpark has the gorgonopsid so ac2 with not have a creature by that name but the Inostrancevia is planned which Inostrancevia is pretty well the gorgonopsid: https://additional-creatures.fandom.com/wiki/Inostrancevia
2: Implants takes the roles for saddles for ac2 creature that do not have them as they give the armour a saddle should have
3: They should already have the kibble rework in place?

Is there any plans to un nerf the inostrancevia, as is since they no longer give the redwood fever debuff except in pvp they went from a really unique and fun dino to ... kinda useless, this is even more in apparent since they cant stand with the big boys for actual pvp and since they are a land dino most people will never use them anymore.

The aug 28th patch?
-Due to abuse, Redwood Fever can no longer be inflicted on wild dinos.

If thats the case then we will just remove the dino from spawn code. Quite a few people were using it and the loss of the fever was a huge blow to how well the dino performed. Thank you for responding.

-Stage1 of redwood fever now drains Water instead of stamina now. No easy tame dinos for you.

Do we have an updated spawns list? I noticed some of the dinos don't have spawn codes listed such as the Elephantosaurus.
Smok TORPOR RECOVERY NERF please.
