Logamir Ulfarson would be cool, maybe a retextured Thane with a some thick fur trim to his armor. Faction effects/ lord effects could be stuff like bonus to move-speed at sea, less attrition suffered at sea, bonus to trade goods produced each turn, maybe even a very slight (+5 or +10) bonus to diplomatic relations with Norscan tribes.
