We appear to start with an extra province now, and the NCR used a border conflict to take it from me. Not sure what's going on there.
Also, I don't appear to have the option for Anti-Communist Propaganda despite having the relevant traits and focuses.
Any idea as to why this change was implemented?
Nevertheless I think it would be cool if you conquer for example Navarro you can get the Schematics. Also more of a suggestion but gan we get in the Area 51 event not the Plasma Weapons but the schematics? Would honestly make more sense and it would be better since you can get the better version for them.
Also, when playing as Nevada, the Mexico event still doesn't make sense. One of the options refers to a puppet ruler you literally can't install if you're not playing as America and the other options imply that you ARE playing as America. Why would the State of Nevada claim Tlaloc's Lair?
Also, higher recruitment laws don't appear to reduce your income as they usually do.
Also, why is returning territory to the Pacific Commonwealth free while returning it to Deseret costs 250 political power?
I'm sorry I was not specific enough. You can't select the "Texas path" in the menu where you can choose between West Coast Mexico and Texas (https://imgur.com/a/dUplvVy)
