Reform in 75, Destroyed the NCR in 77. I notice that the Puppet focus for Vegas directly annexes Vegas.
Reform in 75, Destroyed the NCR in 77. I notice that the Puppet focus for Vegas directly annexes Vegas could this be reworked into a puppet or alliance type situation as friend was playing as vegas.

You can just puppet them. There are focuses at the bottom for that, though if Arcade Gannon is still around you end up annexing them.

Problem is, I don't really wanna annex them i'd rather have my friend as a puppet or as an ally; It would be fair more practical to break that focus tree into three sub branches annex, puppet or alliance.

Nevada's the path if you want allies. I can't really think of a story reason for a President Granite committed to reforming the USA to leave Vegas independent.

I just want to be able to use it in MP with friends without having to kill them by event.

The Nevada path DOES reform America, it's just less centralised.

Besides, you can just release Vegas if it bothers you that much.
