The Purist were a little railroaded with minor choices by the player, my hope is the Reformers have a longer campaign with more replayability duo to their larger focus tree and many more choices and paths. This is also why they are going to take a lot of extra time to implement, so it's hard to put a release date out there.
Also for Purity there should also be a focus to wipe out the Legion since they may wipe out the NCR before the Enclave has a chance or if the Enclave wipes out the NCR first. Which the Enclave Purists would see the Legion as a threat that must be wiped out just like the NCR.
A suggestion I'd like to make, that Jef may already be working on, is where if you take an egaliterian stance, at a certain point the Purists will label you as a "commie". Upon this, they will attempt a coup against you, starting an Enclave civil war. Bonus points if there's an option to make Douglas support making the new United States a Social Democracy.

My other idea I'd like to propose is an ability to perhaps make peace with other factions, out of pragmitism if nothing else. Whether it be by getting a friendly government in charge of the NCR, or just by enacting some really persuasive diplomacy, you can recognize NCR independence, and get them to recognize your right to exist. Similar things can be done with the other major factions.
1. Claims to historical states:
Now, technically, anywhere that was part of pre-war America can be claimed by the Enclave, however, places that were major bases of Operation like Nevarro should have the opton of being Core states.
2. Deal with more than NCR:
This is probably already being worked on, but we should be able to interact with more than just groups like the NCR. I wouldn't mind having an option to decide on how to deal with the Legion and other such group. We could decide whether to co-exist, or if the Legion is simply horrifying and must be removed from American soil! While it's true that we can simply declare war the old fashioned way, I wouldn't mind some focus tress dedicated to it.
3. More with personal lives:
When playing a bit with what has been released, there are option to decide the personal background of your leader. I wouldn't mind seeing more done with that, perhaps even creating a whole storyline surrounding the personal life of the leader. For example, perhaps Douglas gets to reunite with the people he saved from raiders years ago (if the player chose that option), which could give a relation bonus.
Now, this would admittedly be hard to do, but if Jef could pull it off, it would be awesome!
4. Give Dornan some attention you MO-RON!:
Jokes aside, I was pleasently surprised when one finds that Dornan is not only still kicking, but is a major figure. However, Dornan seems to practically disappear after the desicion to install someone as President, at least in terms of story anyway. What I'd like to see, is for an option to permanently install Dornan as leader, or at the very least to mention him and his faction again.
That said, I understand that this technically isn't necessary, so this isn't much of a biggie, especially with everything that needs to be done,
