why? example if you were complain valina sb ult casting time that almost make 2s until its impacted than its make sense to reduce the cast time/back swing animation or cast time animation or whatever its called, since this mod with fast bosses ms, huge dmg, uncancelable skills,etc to be more inline and suit for this mod. another example on hauk EBF old version where blink boots after blinking on some heroes eg sniper,pudge,lina, etc after landing they used cast animation that used long period or uncut version like sniper ult animation that cost around 1s+, pudge hook 1s+, and lina stun 1s, now thats an issue on fast pace gaming like these mods.
notice the different? your complain does not give any direct or undirect for this mod but rather solely impact on your normal doto cause its ruining your axe cast timing on vanila doto.
and yes its true if you play alot heavily modded arcane games then ur normal doto performance may impacted since they are heavily modded eg: even coloseum ruin ur map aweness or ebf ruin your last hits.xd. its a common thing, with that being said this is not the same titles/game play/habbit/pace/even a pattern even they are share same engine.
