Removing

I there a way to remove this mod and people NOT lose all their stuff? I want to do stacking in my ini file modless but don't want people to lose stuff and in testing that seems to happen (in single player). Also does this mod mess with Primal Fear only items?

I would like to know, too. Someone suggested to me manually separating your items into vanilla stack sizes, but wouldn't the items still be remapped?
