My only responce to this is to actully go buy The half life episodes and CSS.

I have a theory that theres a mod conflict with gmDoom.

maybe you have too many addons enabled, try to disable them all and then enable the gmdoom
addon.

It makes perfect sence! Having an addon conflict can break anything and everything, if the addons are not programed to look out for eachother. This is why you buy and mount games to Gmod rather then findding a garbage, free, workaround.

gmDoom mounts itself the same way as games the user has bought, Basicly... gmDoom is either denying you for using fake files, or the wad your using is pirated ouo
