Messes up strategic resources next to the housing icon

So basically whenever I have the mod enabled my strategic resources accumulation doesn't get updated anymore and I lose the green arrow pointing up. I tried reinstalling the mod and replacing two files from the "goody huts" mod but I still have this problem. Any advice?
