added a few more UI mods and suddenly doesn't show up in the top ribbon anymore. seems like the mod "resources at a glance" and this one conflict.

Same deal here as StarboundFinch. It worked fine initially, then i added settings manager and a Map tacks mod, but now it's been broken since, even when i remove those mods.

It's not working for me and I can't seem to figure out why. My game shows that it's active but it isn't showing up. I'm on Windows 11

Fixed it. Found the top panel files in the 1332994668 directory. Created links there to handle Linux file name case sensitivity. Ship it!

Not working on Linux. The bar or ribbon below window title bar disappears. The bar that contains the economy and resource stats on the left and the game turn, time and help on the right.

FINALLY moved to Linux and after some time was able to get all of the mods I care about to work, except happiness.

Thanks to all the moders and posters here that helped me get there.

Used the following (originally posted by Hippish I think)

Just wanted to add a fix for the issues on Linux that I found via comments by Hippish on Sukritact's Simple UI Adjustments. They say:

> Just symlinking them all with the names lowercased seems to do the trick.

@giorgiga I'm on Fedora linux as well and had this issue. I fixed it by forcing steam to use Proton for compatibility. Works for me, but I know using Proton can sometimes come with a whole host of other problems.

@JediHutch61: The new updates don't affect my mod, as the relevant files were last updated in April 2021. In your case, most likely either another mod is interfering with my one, or you're using Linux (which my mod doesn't seem to work on).

Looking for some help. Have subbed to and started using PotatoMcWhiskey's UI mods, which includes this mod, and is shown as working in his videos, but it's not showing up in my games. I did start multiple new games, and none of them have had the indicator appear. Has this mod been updated for the new updates?

I love the mod, but it lists every single luxury resource across the top banner to the right of the overall count with the leaf icon. Is there a way to turn that off, or is it potential interference from another mod? Thank you.

@kurotaka3: No, my mod works fine with the base game. However, other mods that change the top panel are likely to interfere with my mod. I suggest you start a new game with only my mod enabled and see if the happiness and growth indicators are correct (i.e., a set of numbers).

@Adriaman: Firaxis added checks to the function "OnRefreshResources" in TopPanel.lua (both for the base game/XP1 and for XP2). The functionality of my mod remains the same.

@lockstep ... Resolved. Mod is working! I ran a check against every other mod I am using and found no conflicts. So I started up my 240turn saved game and there it was for the first time. I don't know why it didn't work when I first subscribed yesterday but now it seems that all is well. I first thought it was a conflict with Sukritect's UI but, again, every thing works now. Sorry to bother you. Thanks for the mod.

@lockstep .. will the mod work on saved games? I have around 12 mods and my old, tired machine takes about 3-4 minutes to start a new game, but only about 2 to load a save, lol. I don't see starting 12 or 13 games from scratch just to check a mod.

@lockstep .... As of this date, this mod no longer works. Turn 30 with 3 cities and the only information on my top bar is trade rt and envoys. No Happiness or Growth indicators.

@Barbarian: The happiness indicators are already color-coded (e.g., green for Happy cities). Do you mean that the number of luxury resources should be color-coded, too?

@Raven2012: AFAIK, by default my Mod overlaps with the CUI Spy info, and some duplicate Data will be displayed in the top Panel. See the CUI Page for more Info.
