Thank you!
this causes problems because those animals (horses, bison, etc) eat all the grass and kibble i leave for the chickens and the chickens end up starving and dying. it's really annoying and strange.
As for the AI, it has been problematic on and off with colonists leaving riding animals everywhere and nowhere, as well as drop-off points just not working. I must say I haven't played in a while so I do not know the current state of the mod nor have experienced the most recent changes if ones have been implemented, but quite some problems seem to be repeating themselves overtime in one way or another, or a new bug similar to it appears.
What I would do first, is if possible change the layout of the pens so that none are enveloping one another. If that doesn't work... It's something that only Roolo might know an answer too unless someone else finds a fix. :)
NOTE: I see more errors topside but if I were to go to all of them I'll be busy for a bit.
And then the log stops with the "Wildebeest bull" errors as last in the log...
Are you only having this issue with Wildebeests?
If so, I feel like something's up with them specifically.
If not... Well... I don't know, that'd be up for Roolo to look at then.
If you don't know, try it out with others as well to see if you get the problems.
I created a few different colonies, and the issue happens with all animals, It happens with Alpacas, Bison, Wildebeests, etc. most of the other errors are just random errors that don't really seem to cause issues. I personally believe it's got something to do with the new roping mechanics, as my colonists will try roping caravan animals and then mounting an animal, and thats when the bug occurs. I'm fairly certain that the bug doesn't occur when colonists aren't mounting any animals. as well as I believe the issue doesn't occur if only sending mounted animals.
So I believe Roolo would have to release a patch for the new roping mechanics.
If I were to guess what's happening, it'd be that the colonist ropes the animal, and then mounts it without unroping said animal, which makes it so the animal basically tries to be in 2 different states at once, being roped, and being ridden on by a colonist. What in that case has to happen would be an added "unroping" process happening before mounting the animals.
If that isn't the issue, again, Roolo will probably know
Yeah I think that's probably the issue, cause the way caravans work now is your "caravan" animals can't be trained anymore, instead they have to be put into "animal pens" and when you pick them to be included in a caravan the colonist "ropes" the selected animals and basically leads them to the map exit with the rest of the caravan, sort of like walking a dog on a leash. but I don't think colonists can rope animals while being mounted, so it's probably broken with the new update. I wonder when Roolo will address this issue/Patch the mod to work with the new update.
I'm a user of this mod, as well as Smarter Construction (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2202185773)
I've reported to the developer there that I've been getting a lot of problems with my pawns simply standing around and staring off into space, and gave them a list of my mods I was using.
After a couple of days of investigation, they responded to me with a suggestion that Ride and Roll might be a potential conflicting mod, as it was kicking out a lot of error reports when they were used together.
Is this by chance a concern that could be addressed? I love both mods, but repeatedly having my pawns just zone out and stand around doing nothing is problematic.

Same goes for your post, Roolo will most likely see this asap.
That there's no reply of m doesn't mean he won't see :)
the first was about 20 hours of play, it lasted a few minutes and the problem disappeared by itself... after a long time it happened again and I decided to report the problem.
important informations:
- no new mods have been installed on this savegame
- the game drops fps sharply (from 60 to 10-15 at x1 speed)
- several colonists remain stuck in place, not doing any activity (not even wandering, just blank)
things I noticed trying to solve:
- if i draft any person, i can order anything in this mode.
- if I select all colonists and draft them, all will be drafted, but if i try to undraft, only a few will be undrafted. "undraft" one by one works normally.
- if i undraft any person already drafted, there is a high chance that it will remain stuck, without taking any action.
- if I release the characters little by little, the game becomes fluid but after a few seconds the fps drops sharply and goes back to square one.
- if I order the drafted persons to mount some rideable animal and then undraft, they will not be stuck anymore and start to do any activity, but the fps starts to drop as more characters are released.
- if i draft all persons, my fps normalizes and the game runs smoothly.
- if I remove everyone's work, the fps improves, ranging from 30-55. improves but does not normalize.
I'm just posting here because the log indicates some error in this mod.
I hope I have given as much useful information as possible.

I am playing with a few mods, among other ones Achtung! which warns when there is an error when rightclicking instead of getting that red error text. etc.. This happens when I try to force hauling and hauling overall doesn't seem to be happening. Achtung! says there are four possible mods, VFE - Ancients, What the hack?!, Vanilla Expanded Framework and Giddy-up! Ride and Roll.

Achtung! also has the option to copy the annotated stacktrace which is as follows:

Definitely worth posting it here in-case it is this mod that's solely or partially the cause of this pawn issue you got. This mod does appear quite a lot in the log with a problem, but it only seems to occur once for each pawn available it seems. Hope for you it does have to do with this mod and Roolo sees your post so it can be fixed.
Back on the FPS drop however, I am not entirely certain this mod is the issue. At least, not on its own. If I only remembered which mod I had issues with...
What I do notice in the game log is that the mod "Pick up and Haul" is having difficulties.
Looking at the Achtung! log, I think I see that those named mods do something with the right-click menu.
But since the main problem is around hauling and not the menu, I slightly doubt it's one of them that's causing the main issue. I would try looking into "Pick up and Haul".
See if you can recreate the problem in a new save with, and a new save without "Pick up and Haul".
Thank you very much, I will see if that helps!
EDIT: Pick Up And Haul had gotten some kind of weird version mismatch or something, updating that mod and restarting fixed the issue. Thanks for the help!
