Ethel's range needs to be reduced and Ult damage should be reduced.
Stone free's mana shield needs to go from 3.3 to 2.8-2.5 or his offensive capabilites need to be reduced. In all honesty I cant tell if this guy is designed to be a tank or Damage dealer because he literally builds like a glass cannon and then buys a philospher stone and become nigh unkillable unless he's super isolated or caught by sakuya.
Most of the melee heroes feel clunky slow and downright ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Movespeed buffs to all but Parasyte guy.
Guts needs his strength gain increased by +1.0, the Spinning blade damage needs to be increased by +35 at all levels, and the stun should be .3 seconds longer duration. (this guy feels like a walking trashcan right now)
Maki's ult might need a cd reduction I don't know the character feels just in a wierd spot pre level 6 and when your ult is down feels just like your running around scared for your life.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. feel free to tell me im wrong and why but lets try and keep it civilised to help this mod grow :) and let the dev know how we feel about the game as a community.
Game's impossible to play if you fall behind even 2 levels. Don't know the shop? You're ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Don't know the enemy? ♥♥♥♥♥♥. No point to play at all. I found a guide on the game but it's apparently out of date? Can't really learn the game when it's hurry to the center or die playing to D4C or like..Deku and his instakill death kick.
If you're part of the actual balance team, then here's something for you. If you aren't and you (like me) just want to talk English about the game, then this is more or less a waste of time.
-Hatsune Miku is underpowered and cannot do anything if the enemy is even one level above her. Her damage is low for an AOE 'nuker', and her survivability is even lower (no mobility without blink). She has no hook to play, so to speak. If you pick her, you're a liability to yourself or your team
-Doppio/Diavolo is shut down by literally one item you can always afford (dust) and with his single advantage on approaching down in a game full of ORA ORA and ROAD ROLLERS (with 0 cooldown), you can't do anything when your invis is off. His kit is far too restrictive to be made unable to leave spawn by one item (when a few more exist to delete him from ever doing anything)
-Green Heart also is shut down by literally one item (Hamon. If someone has Hamon within 5 levels of start and they stand next to you, you just die. You're a slow 'nuker' and can't escape unless you didn't buy boots and bought blink/fs within 5 minutes of game start. Not happening unless enemies are bad) and doesn't do enough damage to particularly stop anyone from killing her. Her passive doesn't stop the predetermined attack damage abilities (Ora/Muda/Autistic sword swings from Kirito), and doesn't stop the most commonly seen threats. (Messes with Saitama though!)
-Players who are in the utmost absolute lead should certainly drop more gold when killed. 500 isn't enough if I managed to put down the resident super-god Overlord (Example!) who managed to ♥♥♥♥ up once. Won't ever happen again, and the reward is disproportionate to the effort/his power over everyone else as the "top weeb"
I'd continue but I think this is a good start with some hard facts of the game here. Something something "handicap for those with lower MMR since the game insists on tracking that and if you aren't in first, you lose numbers". Plus not enough bans to keep the game fun. There's always one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that slips by and ruins it for anyone new and trying to learn. (Might be an issue with the only players being totally new versus no-lives)
Both of these game modes plays differently. Some heroes are strong in solos and bad in quintet and vice versa.
For beginners i suggest maining 1 hero you really like then play her/him for a while learning other heroes while you go along.
Enterprise is really good now ever since the buff get atos first item and MAX out E>W>Q. You can easily burst 3k HP hero from that combo alone.
My suggestion : Give something like a counter on top of their head to make opponent see their invulnerability duration or if their passive balanced no one can kill me is off cooldown
more items to resist physical damage, (luffy)
