How do you get NPCs to Farm?

I have two NPCs that have a 2 in Farming,
but when I try and set them to farm, they say they don't know how to farm.

Survivors have to be at skill level 3 or higher in farming, but if you're desperate for farmers I put up a little tutorial on how to force all survivors being capable of farming: https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1331826879/1710690448228811891/
