Cant add a survivor to my group
So Ive met a survivor. Some random girl, named Zoe.
I offer her to join my group, she agrees, but nothing happens. I cant give her any orders, I cant see her in me "Super survivors goup members" list.
Any ideas why is that and how can I fix it?

update: Cant add any survivors to my group. They start following me after I invite them to join, but they dont join (cant see them in the list, cant give orders etc).
Found A LOT (like 10+) of them in West Point, same story with all of them.
