Ultimate Cheat Mod Update 2.2
Changes:
* Updated to latest version 1.7.1
* Added ability to cheat the fuel to Resource Cheat
* Lowered File Size
* Removed most icons and unneeded files for compatibility



Bug Fixes:
* Fixed Research Bug
* Fixed bug with American decisions not showing with Man The Guns DLC
