Remove engraams and change item cost
Since the islands are now built in the table, and there's no actual engrams for the individual islands, best you can do is either hide the whole table with this

OverrideNamedEngramEntries=(EngramClassName="EngramEntry_SIB_C",EngramLevelRequirement=999,EngramPointsCost=0,EngramHidden=True,RemoveEngramPreReq=False)

or make the islands require something that's unobtainable, such as Super Test meat, like this

Small Island:
