The build up in the colonies is hardly worth it cause of the RNGeee of the decisions to claim it back later. These decisions are a solid PP sink, that's with FRA losing it's Silent Workhorse now.
Everyone know how poor the RNG in the Clausewitz is ... thats why no one uses that. At least increase the chance with each attempt if nothing else, took me 5 attempts to take FWA and then wasted another 6 to fail to get Madagascar (just to make sure how fail this mechanic is). Would continue with that but fortunately EFR joined the war and prevented me from further misery there.
Also do you really expect real feedback from your sycophants who play this mod happily despite bugs like "not being able to change doctrine" and "not being able to continue after Dispersed I"?
My comments were not that much about game balance, they were about the tiresomeness of forcing 210 days of focus on a player only to build factories for the opponent and the frustration about pp costly decisions based on fault RNGee.
Also I never blamed you of the fact someone thinks it's cool to host a game with mod which is in a bug fixing progress, but it's just an indicator how self centered the group around this mod is and the lack of self reflection there.
At no point in the mod are you "forced" to do the industry. You see the debuff it gives you right? That means it also lowers your actual construction of factories where you want them. The industry is about taking choices, and you aren't MEANT to do all of them. The industry is about what places you plan to take back as Free France, and not "oh its factories so i NEED to take it". If you don't understand that then I don't know what to tell you.
Yea, you don't have to do any focuses at all actually, the +1 PP is great to have anyway, it's not like you possibly need your 4th and 5th research slot as FRA. And if you need it ... you should consider yourself lucky it costs you only 210 focus days of building +5/+5 industry for your opponent.
