Deinos are from Valg, not Genesis. Have you checked their spoil timer? Eggs vanish on pickup when their spoil timer is 0 - they still are in their nests, but disappear as soon as you pick them up.
It's advised to either use the command to destroy all eggs once a week or have an admin pick the spoiled ones up themselves, so new eggs can spawn.
