Request for ALL MAPS version-- at 25% spawn chance.

There's a mod that exists currently that brings aberrant variant creatures to all maps at a 25% chance to spawn instead of normal creatures.
Would very very much like to see a version of this mod tooled in a similar way, like finding a shiny Pokemon or something.
