Bug Reports
The flag of base Democratic USA has 50 stars on it. However, the country starts the game with 48 states and thus should use the vanilla 48-star flag.

Peru starts with ahistorical fantasy flag.

Another bug: the small flags do not show up for some reason. For example, the small flag of Germany (e.g. on the diplomatic opinion section) is the vanilla flag.

After looking in the files, looks like the /medium and /small folders have disappeared.

Also there is also a vanilla bug that can be patched. The German Raj (India puppeted by Germany) has a brithish flag on it that's look quite strange

The flags are turned upside down in the units templates, inside focus requirements or consequenses (like, gain war goal against 'X' nation) and when you hover your mouse over a province (when it shows a small display including the province's owner)
