Nobody learns at the school

When I tell a colonist to teach at the school, the colonist does so but nobody sits down to learn. I have all of them on study and they all are idle. The max age I have for studying is 30, and most of my colonists are in their 20s. Please help.

You have to have the school-tables configured to learn what is beeing tought at the blackboard, I wanted to make it easier, but it was the only way without having a lot of work implementing it. (I guess thats what you haven't done? Like in the screenshots with the job done forever)
