Where did these lines come from?
I don't remember hearing the "That helipad looks mighty windy" lines anywhere. Are they unused? Or am I forgetting to play one of the maps?

That one was actually recorded for this campaign. When they were recording voice lines for The Passing, they had time over and Chet Falizek asked the L4D mapping mailing list for community voice line suggestions.

In my language there is no that voice line, or i just didn't heard it. Who saying it exactly?

It was probably only recoreded for english. It is Coach who says it.
