But to provide the opposite perspective, Rangers aren't quite that poor against Lost. Either of their weapons deals high damage, so they can reliably take out those 4-5 hp Lost that sometimes survive rifle fire at 1 hp. The increased ammo count on the Cannon also helps a lot on these missions.
Per turn :)
It frees up the Ranger to do what they do best.
Of course, like DerBK suggested... can just let them catch some R&R back on the ship or gain more training via bonding, etc. And in doing so allows other warriors that are under utilized to gain combat experience.
Just my 2 cents worth.
ABB is a fitting addition to the ABA overhaul system and I am looking forward to seeing how it will all fit together.
I appreciate all the hard work you are putting into the modding you are doing, DerBK and I am sure there are many that feel the same. And watching the Let's Play series that Tapcat and DerAva did before WotC using ABA Legacy was a blast. DerAva is doing his current WotC Let's Play using ABA WotC. And my current campaign is also with ABA and it is really testing my tactical skills and I love it so far.
Keep doing what you are doing and I hope you don't grow bored expanding on your creation.
