Nukes Everywhere?
So i built fascist France up to take on NATO and then Soviets but theyve started a war between each other in early 1965. Its now October im about a month out from launching my own attack. Problem is the majority of states in Europe and Russia are down to 50k civilian population each im guessing from nuclear war. Do they ever recover and start giving my enemies manpower again or is it basically over and i just walk in and occupy everything?

In the tooltip it says something like 49k/1.51mil for population. Is it possible to tone nukes down or give a toggle option?

I really like this this mod. My previous 2 campaigns I only fought against China and they didnt have nukes in around 1960. Everything was smooth and fun tens of millions dead. I experienced nukes while fighting in Korea vs US but it was only a few per year.

This time UK had completely covered their island with reactors and Soviets had nothing. I had 4800 planes over all areas in France and Spain and UK dropped 4 nukes on me in first week.

Im asking IF theres a counter or can a requirement of Air Superiority be made before strat bombers carpet bomb at will.

You're likely being hit by ICBM's, which no, as far as I know, cannot be countered by anything other than building nuclear bunkers to mitigate their damage.

Whats the best number of bunkers per province to build? Can you explain the mitigation numbers please?

Unfortunately I don't have the stats involved, you'll have to ask the mod creator, but they do help against the population and infrastructure loss from what I've seen
