I've played through two campaigns in this mod now and I must admit, it is very good. However, there is one thing I noticed that has had me confused.

I don't know if this is just a "hasn't been added yet" thing, but I'm confused about the lack of nuclear tech to research. For example this meant I couldn't research nuclear submarines (as you need nuclear reactor tech to unlock them) or the nuclear powered supercarriers. Somewhat more annoying in my current playthrough as the USSR is the fact that I can't build nuclear reactors at all, which means I have no nuclear bombs. not that this is THE worst issue in the world, but it just feels strange to be playing as one of the two superpowers of the Cold War era and not have any nuclear warheads whatsoever...especially since when I played the US I ended up having something like 200 nuclear bombs by about 1958.

Somewhat related to this is the complete lack of nuclear missiles in the mod. now I fully understand that's probably a case of it not being added yet or even not being feasible, but I did notice that you can load Submarine launched ballistic missiles onto aircraft-carrying ships, including the ballistic missile submarines (nice touch on those by the way). However, I cant find any kind of tech for SLBMs anywhere--I would have thought it would be in the helicopters/missiles section of the research screen but I cant see anything there. so far I haven't researched anything beyond the first US Navy ballistic missile sub (carbanero class I think?) in the US playthrough and haven't touched them in the Russian one. And what's the point of having a Russian Navy if you don't have K-19 in it?

To make a long story short, I'm just wondering if I'm missing the nuclear/nuclear weapons research techs. I mean I'm known for being blind so it's not impossible for me to look right at them and miss them. I noticed that the US and Russia both have national focuses related to nuclear research, do these maybe unlock the nuclear tech? If they aren't in game yet I get it, the mod is still being worked on. I'm really asking more so I can make sure I'm not driving myself crazy while they're right in front of me.
