Dialogue issues
I will be posting updates here on the status of the dialogue changes, and if anyone has any issues feel free to post them in the comments or in this discussion. I have verified the reports of the initial dialogue changes breaking save games so I have reverted the changes. I have tested the following states:

New game (orig party mod) -> trigger PDD+RD -> save -> load save with (party + dialog) -> trigger RD (exclamation mark) = dialogue not broken but only 3 companions comment

New game (orig party mod) -> trigger PDD+RD -> save -> load save with (party + dialog) -> trigger PDD (or RD using PDD) = confirmed borked dialogue (cannot exit dialogue after 3rd companion)

New game (party + dialog changes) -> trigger PDD+RD -> save -> load save with (party + dialog) -> trigger PDD+RD (works) = OK with all comments in RD but only 3 in PDD

I have a Custom Character + 5 origin chars. I just entered act 2 (boat leaving initial island) and conversation with party forced. Final character (always seems to be Sebille) who was the 'last' person i added to party just gives a blank speech box. No choices to continue or end. While i assume the above is some form of code for fixing it I'm afraid I dont understand what PDD and RD stand for.. assuming party dialogue (something) for PDD and something dialogue for RD.

I have a few saves...
1) before departure
2) directly after departure when everyone is standing there with ! above their head before dialogue forced start
3)At end of dialogues when Sebille gives the blank window.
4)A saved after reload of Sebille in blank mode which then on load in is simply a blank dialogue window with nothing not even a character picture in it.

@Pandorah_XV: PDD is party decision dialogue. RD is reflection dialogue. This is caused by the dialogue update I posted. Please make sure the mod is updated to the latest version, and then load save #1.

I have also confirmed this, so the mod revert push should fix old saves:

New game (orig party mod) -> trigger PDD+RD -> save -> load save with (party + dialog) -> save -> load game with original party mod -> trigger PDD (dialog ok, 3 companions speak and dialog ends)

Sebille main character, after enabling this mod no more dialogs are triggered when flesh is eaten for the elf special cannibalistic thingamajig

This mod shouldn't affect dialogue for the main character. I removed all dialogue changes and reverted to just the party size changes. I'm not playing as Sebille but I have frequently had her eat flesh (dialogue trigger and narrator will speak).

Also note that the elf cannaibal thing does not trigger for EVERY piece of flesh you encounter. Sometimes flesh just heals you.

What exactly to you mean by "Group option"?
Like when they Butt in sometimes? Or can companions not even talk to other NPCs anymore?
Or enter arty dialogue?

Oh ok by group option there are two conversations where other NPCs basically ask if you are alone and the game will process it as if you are, and you can only answer that you are alone. This is literally only one and a half conversations (one with Mona, and then another with the teleport guy I forget his name). They are extremely minor conversations that your companions never take part in anyways.
