MOCX teams full of psions or reclaimed

so MOCX has only appeared in 3 missions in my campaign but in all of them they have been either 3 reclaimed and 2 psionics or 3 psionics and 2 reclaimed and they seem to mostly use overwatch all the time the psions sometimes use stasis
