For the first time in... 1,500?!? hours of play, I wasn't able to to the Advent Officer autopsy as a matter of course. I'm thinking this might be related to A Better Advent, because they tend to be replaced by the new guys? Looks like I had killed 2 officers before the well ran dry (must have blown up the bodies or killed them on rapid-extraction missions.)

Apparently this is a not-uncommon problem with Long War 2, but I'm not using that mod at all. Just thought I'd mention it, and wondering if there might be some way to convert equivalent custom guys to "Advent Officer Corpse" in inventory if non exist and the autopsy hasn't already been performed.

I tried playing it out for a long while to see if I'd eventually run into an Advent Officer or what else would happen. It was pretty interesting, actually, but eventually the opposition started getting a bit too rough for my comfort level without access to a Proving Ground. (So I activated the cheat console to add an Advent Officer Corpse to inventory.)
