Force Level

For War of the Chosen what force levels is each enemy found in. I was kinda curious if there is a script to when thy spawn or do they spawn right from the getco.

You can find the enemy forcelevels together with their spawnweights in the EncounterLists.ini.

ABA:WotC has multiple subfolders in Config, grouped by enemy types. Each enemy type has a seperate EncounterLists.ini there that have this information.
