By losing the Kurdish Separatism national spirit through liberating all states claimed by Kurdistan without puppeting them.

3. How do I avoid military coups?
The military will be ready to call for your resignation (or putsch you if you refuse) in the following situations:
- Your stability is Disastrous (less than 11),
- You have freed Kurdistan,
- One of the "subversive ideologies" (islamist, communist, democratic socialist, monarchist, progressive) either has 30% popularity or has 20% popularity and its first generic focus researched.
- You are 80% about to surrender in a war.

The following will reduce the likelihood of the military memorandum:
- Your ruling party has a higher popularity than 30%,
- You have hired an Internal Intelligence Officer,
- Your stability is higher than 50%
- The "subversive ideology" is more popular than 35%,
- Your army is smaller than 70 divisions: the smaller your army, the less likely the putsch.

Never getting coup'ed requires to lose the Military Tutelage national spirit by:
- changing your government to islamist, communist, demsoc, monarchist or progressive,
- purging the military (event, negative buff for x days depending on division numbers),
- getting the "Most of General Staff Resigns" event.
