AI Controlled ships don't launch torpedos when enemy submarine is present, also the AI don't rearm their ship when a supply ship is near. (I am so far really enjoying this mod)

rearm is not implemented for AI. Ships fire torpedo but it is depending on the distance. For long range fights they use anti ship missiles

its seems that you can't fire cruise missiles while going 25 km/h and above
is it supposed to be like that ?? where you can only fire while going 5 km/h ????

we will release a fix for zodiac stuff but problem is we are not able test it properly due to missng dedicated test possibility...

Also, seems several of the ships can bug out on dedicated servers causing massive fps loss, I will try to get you some more details soon, but wasnt sure if you were aware

well
the FREMM's speeding is basicly like this
max +27 knots (50 km/h; 31 mph); max cruise speed 15.6 knots (28.9 km/h; 18.0 mph)
im pretty sure you can fire missiles while on the move while going cruise speed
