Is it possible to have SMH start with different default settings?

I'm talking about the FPS counter, to have it start at 60 FPS instead of 30. For it to also start somewhere between 300-500 frames, and the timeline zoomed out accordingly. It is not too frustrating to set up, but I have to do this everytime I start GMod. It would be a great time saver.

Such a suggestion was actually also brought up by some other people quite recently, I've added it to proposed enhancements in the github, probably we'd get to it eventually.
